Ordered $19 pasta and this is what came. None of the pasta was very good. The $32 pizza was mostly crust and they also messed up the order. Won’t be ordering from there again.

Karter took the time to clock out and feed me cause that day I broke my arm and was unable to eat. I had to get multiple surgeries cause I fell down the stairs at school, and Sam and Louie’s made my day better.

We had a 5 pm party in the party room and they put the food out at 4:30 so it was cold. Told management but it did no good. Spent a lot of money for very poor food and service. FYI, the supreme pizza was not on a warmer.

I just came on here to say that the one and only waitress working on November 13 needs a raise!! She did excellent keeping her cool and worked hard . Poor thing was the ONLY one working on the floor waiting on a big party in the party room and about 10 other tables.. Our wait was long to get ordered and food but I am going to blame management on that for only having one person on the floor. Food was good as always but disappointed in management scheduling
