This is a pizza place that takes 2 hours to deliver a medium pizza! The weather was nice. It was 6 minutes shy of two hours! I would post the receipt but it has my personal info. Of course the food was cold as the pizza was likely made on time. I chose your store because I used to eat there daily.

I usually order here a lot but last night the sub tasted moldy and I inspected the bread assuming it was the bread that was moldy and no mold..I saved half my sub for lunch next day and took a bite and noticed it still tasted like mold so I spit it out and opened the sub and seen there was mold on the cheddar cheese they served me and obviously they don’t inspect there food closely or following the fifo method and discarding old cheese when it’s suppose too. Check you food if you order here but they will no longer get my service..this was there first mess up and now I’m not sure I can trust to eat there… The manager begged me not to post this and offered me free food but I don’t want other to consume this mold like I did and hopefully I don’t get sick and I have photo evidence. Sad I have to depart from this restaurant and they have served us well and made good food. Sorry I gave to do this and post anyways so others don’t get this .

Ordered 2 med pizzas one for my son and one for me. 40 dollars later only received the one For me. Called them to tell them my son’s wasn’t delivered. The said sorry and would send it right out. 1 hour later I called and was told I wasn’t charged for the pizza and they were closing.. UNREAL!!!! My favorite part was my son was waiting for his dinner that never came than told it was coming and waited another hour and never came.never order again.

Used to be awesome. Now just meh. Pizza is generally good, but pricey. Last 2 times I ordered a sub, I either got the wrong ingredients or forgotten ingredients. Maybe they just don’t read the order slip as carefully as they used to. Food is really good, but I’d like to get what I ordered.
Edit: also, as the prices increase, the portion size seems to be shrinking. What used to be a 14” medium pizza has shrunk to a mere 10”. You’re better off with the super slice.
Edit after response: I measured the pizza in the box, it was exactly 10” across.

We order here at the Charlotte location once a month sometimes twice a month. We have it delivered. That being said not once since we’ve been ordering food here has it ever came hot. The owners refunded it . The owner’s has given us a store credit before for this issue. Tonight we ordered a steak sub and a roast beef sub both hot and an order of pizza logs. It was disgustingly cold. I didn’t even bother calling in and complaining cuz I get tired of the same excuses! Every time I order from here and have a bad experience I say I’m never going to order again. Then I want to try to support my community eat local and it’s just never works out with this location. Totally dissatisfied.
