Ordered a medium mixed meat sub was ik the bread was hard fries were cold. My wife got the turkey sub to be honest Subway has way better subs. If McDonald’s made subs. Theirs would be better

Dont get any of their meal deals. The meal deals are cheap because you get 1/8th the toppings you should. Just got a large sub with 3 slices of Turkey torn up into little pieces and strewn across the bread. The pizza has barely any cheese and the calzones are all dough. We only order from there when we have absolutely no choice now.

Came here for a couple slices of pizza it was my first time in here. The place was nice the slices were good. My only negative would be the cheese had a few dark spots on top and the garlic was a little dark on bottom but altogether I would come again because I like pizza and I am always willing to give a place another shot.

I’ve had Salvatore’s pizza before. Occasionally stop in for a slice or order a whole pie. Normally, no complaints. Tonight is my first complaint. Ordered a medium pizza and mild wings. Wings were almost there but could definitely be cooked more, but the pizza. Smelled great, but either 5-10 minute drive rubies the pie or it wasn’t cooked all the way. I ate one slice and the cheese wasn’t throughout melted, pizza was soft on all except the very outer edge, and the pepperoni wasn’t cooked enough.
Staff was pleasant be though! Nice, but perhaps impatient. $40 and it honestly tasted like microwave pizza tonight…

My family and I use to love Salvatore’s. They have been going downhill for a few years now.. Tonight’s order is the last order I will ever make at Victor location Salvatore’s or at this point any of them. Their prices are extremely high yet you get less than your money worth. I spent over 30 dollars on 2 steak subs . I should say I bought 2 pounds of cheese , 2 , large sub rolls, with a small side of steak. That what you get and it doesn’t matter what you order. Get toppings for 3 bucks each you get .25 worth. 16 dollars for steak sub. You get barely enough steak to fill 1 side of a large sub but they use it for the whole thing. You call to complain and they tell you it’s pre weighed.. Well could it be possible you need to up the weight because you are ripping people off , or perhaps one of the young kids working there didn’t know how to read the scale ?? Either way your customer service is absolutely terrible and your food is mediocre at best and that’s even if I got my money worth which I obviously have not. Save your money!! Go to J&Ls or basically anywhere but Salvatore’s specifically the Victor NY location . HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!! We are now unfortunately throwing this garbage food out that we paid a lot for , and going out to dinner.
