Closest experience I’ve had since being in Italy for my honeymoon. Wonderful food and service. My wife and I got 3 first courses, 2 drinks each, and 2 desserts. All incredible, and our server Elise was super friendly and gave great recommendations.

Such a treat! Service and food were wonderful, I especially loved the beef carpaccio and the ceasar salad may be the best I ever had. Super excited they serve a good bellini too! Tim is a great, attentive, and personable server. There was a wonderful server girl with curly hair and I’m sad to forget her name, but she and everyone else were also lovely.

Once in a while, we go out and have dinner with our friends They recommended this particular place Service was prompt. We ordered our drinks which by the way were good we all had salads. Excellent. The menu was fairly limited so we decided to go with the pasta which was very very good. we all ordered four different types of dessert which were excellent. They weren’t over sweet sorbet gelato. Ice cream was very good. The shocker was it was on Wednesday which they run these great specials and on top of that surprise our friends decided dinner was on them. You definitely get your your money is worth highly recommend this place

A must here in Bend! We always eat here when passing through. A reservation is typically necessary on a busy Friday night. My ravioli was perfectly seasoned and the panna cotta is mouthwatering. The mixture of berries and shortbread was fantastic!

Sometimes I crave Italian food, so I found this place on Google Maps and decided to visit. Although I usually eat dinner early, I arrived around 4:30 PM during Happy Hour. Excluding beverages, the food wasn’t cheaper than usual—it simply came in reduced portions, so there’s really no reason to rush to the restaurant during Happy Hour. The food itself was neither above nor below average—it was just ordinary. As for the service, aside from the staff who greeted customers and the helper who cleared plates, one woman was taking all the orders for the entire dining hall, which led to long waits. To expedite table turnover, she even refused to take my dessert order, which crossed the line. I immediately paid and left. Contrary to the positive reviews, the food wasn’t outstanding, and the pasta was just average—better than Olive Garden’s pasta, but that’s about it. The overly profit-focused attitude towards customers makes me unlikely to visit again. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Never been before and lived here for 2+ years .
The food was amazing and so delicious too .
Everyone was super polite
And the atmosphere was very cozy too .
Spencer our waiter was really good and explained everything to us .
We ordered a 3 course dinner each and it was just the right amount of food . The salad was huge and so tasty . The first courses were homemade and outstanding too .
We decided to take home the desserts to eat later on – they did not disappoint – big portions and sooo nice .
We will definitely return to this lovely restaurant .
What a hidden gem right here in Bend .

First experience at Salute Italian restaurant in Bend. Worth mentioning, the Chef really knows how to prepare dishes to the delight of your taste buds.
The Fillet Mignon was seasoned and cooked perfectly. High quality meat full of flavor and smooth/soft to the tongue. Asparagus was perfectly cooked and had a pleasant smoked flavor.
The Chicken Alfredo had the perfect balance of cream and noodle texture. The chicken was tender and rich in flavor.
The prawn salad was delicious.
One note to the owners… we were delighted to see what appeared to be perfectly cooked scallops for our appetizer. Perfectly cooked indeed the scallops were. But the flavor was overly fishy, perhaps the result of a lower grade of scallop? We suggest using the highest grade/quality of scallops to match the preparation skills of your chef.
All in all, a great Italian experience. We highly recommend this restaurant.
