Such a great first experience at The Salty Mermaid! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the coastal-inspired decor created a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I don’t usually eat red meat, but something made me try the Salty Burger and I’m so glad I did! It was delicious, and I’m picky about how my burgers are cooked, I ordered and it was cooked perfectly. We also shared the artichoke and crab dip as an appetizer, which was so good and the perfect size for our party of four. Can’t wait to come back!

Found this place on my find me gf app, and was so happy we went! I have celiac and everything was safe and they have a dedicated fryer. We ordered all gf so we could share and indulge and my husband who isn’t gluten free enjoyed everything too.
The crab chowder and artichoke dip were phenomenal, the fish tacos were so fresh, the chicken fingers were crispy and the fries were perfect, and the lobster Mac and cheese was an awesome treat. They also had a flourless chocolate cake but we were too full and already excited to finish up the leftovers so we passed on it. I highly recommend this place! Staff was friendly and it was nice inside

One of our favorite GF places to go to in Wildwood. We got the gf margarita pizza, gf Mac n cheese and hopefully gf fries. All the gf food was great! My daughter did not get sick. The pizza doesn’t look kid friendly, but it is! The GF Mac n cheese is kinda expensive at 16$, but my daughter enjoyed it and didn’t get sick, so… That’s good. The mozzarella triangles came with, I think, vodka sauce? I would have preferred marinara sauce but, they were good. We will definitely be back.

Our party of four came in for dinner on a Monday in late June. Already busy and had to wait about 20 minutes for an indoor table but no problem. The hostess desk was very friendly. Table service was by committee and a little erratic. They already seemed frazzled and it’s not even July yet. Staff made a great effort and has a dedicated menu for gluten allergy. All food was very good. Visually appealing and delicious. Very clean establishment and modern, nautical decor. Bar looks like fun.

This place is super duper effing awesome. The atmosphere is fun, nautical, chaos! The staff is friendly, I wish I remembered our waitresses name! She was so nice and just awesome. The food was freaking fantastic! The pulled pork sandwich was the greatest thing I ever ate in my life ever. Best thing between two breads. It was bigger than my head and insanely delicious. Like, they made it with magic or something.

We were down there for fireman’s weekend. We absolutely loved this place! Visually appealing and can accommodate a good about of people. We had 11 in our group. Beautiful bar.
Service was immediate and wait time wasn’t bad at all.
The FOOD was incredible! The chef takes pride in his work and makes it visually appealing and flavorful. We loved it so much we went 2 days in a row!
When we’re there again, we are sure to stop there! 10/10!

decided to stop here for lunch on our way in to Wildwood and I have to say that the spinach and artichoke crab dip is quite honestly the best crab dip that has ever touched my tongue. I would drive miles just to eat that crab dip again

Beautiful restaurant with superb fast service, excellent food for a reasonable price. It was probably one of the best orange crushes I have ever had. Juice was so fresh and delicious. Joe, the bartender, was very kind and took very good care of us. We will definitely be back. BELT sandwich was delicious. Tater tots were crisp and tasty. I would like to try dinner menu, looked delicious.

Everything was excellent! Arrived with no reservation just after lunch time and the three of were seated right away. Drinks and food were brought out within a timely manner and never felt rushed one bit. Appetizers were delicious and portion sizes was just right. Entrees were also delicious and the portion sizes were above and beyond. Restaurant was very clean in and out side. We sat outside on the deck, nice breeze coming thru. There is also another seating area to eat next to the outdoor deck. During the evenings driving passed, there is always a good crowd. Pricing is definitely fair for what you get! I highly recommend eat at the Salty Mermaid Bar & Grille !
