The service was all around good, but the decor, furnishings, and upkeep is lacking (very outdated). Not a huge problem if you’re just looking for a bite of fast food. I’m just pointing out that they need a major renovation. I remember coming here back when he was run by Westwind Group. Aside from the cosmetics, the experience was all around good.

Typically BK is my top pick for fast food on the go but this location is by far the worst, they make mistakes on food regularly, poorly managed staff, and food always tastes old. The only redeeming thing is the service, they have always been friendly and apologetic with their mistakes. Its just a really bad kitchen

Horrible ownership. Poorly managed and staffed. This causes horrific levels of service and subpar food bordering on dangerous. Quality control does not exist, so cleanliness should be considered poor.
Waited in drive-thru for 11 minutes 20 seconds and one order was taken from another car. I put the car back in drive and left – went to carls Jr just down the street instead. After eating there, saw car from BK drive-thru parked and idling in front of the building, I’m guessing waiting for food some 15 minutes after ordering. They weren’t even that busy.
Previous visit : Did not get ice cream item from order the week before, and the burger meat was very cold. Not sure why I gave it a second chance, I don’t know what I expected.

Update 2/26/26. Ordered Breakfast through app from the parking lot. Order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Hot and fresh Breakfast biscuit with potatoes on the side was super good. The girl with red hair in the front was very busy. She was really nice. Thanks to her and those cooking.
I ordered through the App. Today 9/18. 1:30 pm. I live close by. The order was waiting when I arrived. Hot and crispy fries. Hot sandwich. Really good . Thank you.

Same as all the others only this one has already ignored quality and expects you to eat the butt end of the iceberg lettuce (picture attached) Not sure the fish is fish and have a hard time tasting such a small piece through all the bread. The lady’s were nice and were doing their best for only being open a couple days… Good luck at your new location!

most Burger Kings are great but the one over there by Lowe’s we went to and the girl that was young with red hair must have been a manager or something but she lost customers because two people walked in after us and she went in the back and talked to a girl came back up to the counter and got her phone and then went in the back and started playing around on it and there was an elderly couple that came in that stood there and it seemed like forever but realistically it was probably about 10 minutes and they turned around and walked out the little girl was very short with us as customers and should not be working the front counter

I stopped going to the Burger King at McMinnville off and 99, because the staff is extremely rude not just to be, but I can hear them be rude to the people in front of me most the time. Not all the time, but couple that was messing up my order 75% of the time and I quit going.
I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to this Burger King by Lowe’s because the people are always polite and they never mess up on my order.

They can’t get an order right if their life depends on it. Tell me why I had to go back inside twice after I ordered through the drive thru. When I finally said screw it, they can’t do it right and went home, there was long black hairs in my breakfast sandwich. Y’all are disgusting.
