I’ve been wanting to check out Saltine for a while and finally got to visit today during their one year birthday. The breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and bacon was so fresh and tasted amazing, especially on their sourdough bread. Also snagged a plain and a blueberry coffee cake slice and a chocolate covered strawberry latte. I wish they were a lot closer to Lincoln, but the place was definitely hoppin’.

Absolutely incredible baked goods. I’ve had the sourdough, babka, turnovers, coffee cake and pizza and they were all 10/10 delicious. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere too! Definitely worth the drive from Lincoln for the coffee cake alone.

went this morning and could not have been happier with the service and quality of food. the sourdough is perfection, the chai house made, the cinnamon rolls gorgeous and tasty, and they source local (eggs!!). saltine is a very, very special foodie place for nebraska.
