Mikey was absolutely on point!! He was very hospitable and funny!! Highly recommend Mikey to anyone who’s coming here for the first time like me!!! The only thing I can critique is that the restaurant is way too cold!!! I couldn’t properly enjoy my meal because it was so cold!! Other than that, a pleasant experience!

Came here for dinner with my partner. The food is always good but the service was even better. We had the pleasure of having Veronica as our server. She provided exceptional service to us. She had such a great attitude answering the questions we had and just always had a great personality. If y’all come here make sure to ask for her to be your server. I’m not the one to go out of my way to write a review but I can’t let such great service go without recognition. I will be coming back and hope to have her as our server again!

We had an amazing experience at Saltgrass thanks to our waiter, Martinez! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He made great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can really tell he takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about his guests. Martinez went above and beyond to make our dinner special — we’ll definitely be asking for him next time. Highly recommend!

Saltgrass needs to put your in charge of how all waitresses should be if they haven’t already. You and your crew handled every need our group asked for like pros. Kudos to them as well. The food was on point on everything as far as taste goes. If I had to ding anything besides inflation raising your prices was the size of my blackened fish for the price I paid. Normally in most places I can take half home and this time it was small enough to eat it all. Again the night was perfect thanks to the royalty treatment given to us.

We were celebrating a 72nd birthday, we were thinking maybe 2 hours which turned into more then 3 hours. Three of us didn’t eat. After almost three hours later we were told they had no mashed potatoes, no baked potatoes, some of the steaks were either way over cooked or very under cooked and they couldn’t exchange plates because they were not the same cut steaks. Then every plate came with french fries. Instead of asking what else would you like since we are out of baked and mashed potatoes. Bad experience altogether. The birthday person left unimpressed and was ready to leave after two hours of waiting. It started out ok appetizers came out fast then it was just a waiting game. Everyone was ready to leave they were all hungry and really just getting upset. Would I go again probably not we went out of our way to go to this Saltgrass Steak House. This was a celebration not a everyday outing.
