If I could give no stars I would. I’ve never been so ignored and disrespected by a staff as I was today, as the whole lobby was. Order after order was wrong. We were given attitude and eye rolls for noticing their mistakes. Orders were practically thrown at customers. Worst crew I’ve ever encountered. I eat McDonald’s breakfast everyday for years but they have have just lost my business. If u want good food and good service, stay away from this establishment. Pathetic!

This is the worst McDonald’s. It seems like nobody knows how to do their job or communicate in that place. Orders are constantly wrong or missing something. 9/10 times my order is missing something. The other day they pulled me to the side while I wait for my order and watched multiple people having to come back around or go inside because they messed their orders up. Also their frappe machine is never “working”. I go in the mornings to get a coffee and 8/10 times I can’t get a frappe because their machine isn’t up/working. I recommend avoiding this one unless you want your order to be wrong.

Fries came out cold, burger was not hot and fresh. None of the food was fresh actually. I didn’t ask them to remake it because I was already home by the time I checked the food and was too tired to go back. Bummer dude.

The food was good outside of the mcgriddle bunny being a little stale and it came with bacon instead of sausage as it was ordered. The coffee was decently sweet with the extra caramel syrup and cream. Over all edible. But I have visited better McDonald’s with fresh breakfast by comparison.

So my husband and I live about 17 maybe 20 miles away from this McDonald’s I just loved how nice they were happy to be working and thriving good job to the crew at 3rd Street time was around 1030am on October 12,2025 please for the love of everything have this crew training the rest of you employees!!! There was a girl with long blond hair working she was doing her job. But the best part was the other girl she may have been in charge because she was just taking care of everything like it came so naturally she was extremely kind,not overly like some people try so hard she was focused on doing her job well thank you kind lady for making our day a bit better and an overall one amazing lady!!

It’s just your normal McDonald’s, couldn’t order at the counter, had to use the kiosk, then go to the counter to pay, which was weird, ppl were blah, but the food was served quickly, which was a plus, place was clean, and the parking was good, easy to get in but hard to pull back out on the road, all in all your typical mcdonalds

Wasted my money. Food was undercooked and they forgot my large fry . Had to go back and get that. Didn’t notice the meat was raw until I cut the burger in half … meaning I would have eaten raw burger meat from this store . I want my money back…. —-update—- it’s been 2 weeks and still no refund or attempt to make it right .. 2 weeks later smh

Lady at counter was extra! We had to wait because SHE WENT TO HELP AN ELDER WOMAN!!! ON THE SIDEWALK with a push cart. Said they were her babies. And had to be sure ahe was safe! It was wonderful to see people helping people! Give her a raise!!!!
