My husband and I each had the Steak Salad and were not disappointed. The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salads included a verity of items, including fried green beans, which were very tasty. We skipped the bread with our meal and shared a Colossal Carrot Cake for dessert, and it was exquisite. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Really great variety of choices and flavorful food. I had the ribs and loaded potato soup. Appetizers of fried pickles, jalapeno/shrimp poppers, and crab cakes. The ribs were so tender and literally fall off the bone. The flavor was great. The loaded potato soup was amazingly good. All the flavors meshed together wonderfully. Our staff was on point, even when busy, very friendly, and kept us supplied. No complaints and highly recommended.

I had the Atlantic salmon with green beans, the wife had a bacon wrapped filet with asparagus. Salmon, green beans, and asparagus was prepared perfect. Ordered the steak medium rare, came out medium well but the flavor was good. The offered to remake it which I was very appreciative of. It was a nice lunch. Expensive but nice.

First time visiting the restaurant. Great experience overall. Im not 100% sure but I believe our server was Braise, he was great also. All the Dishes were delicious. Only issue I had was the Fried mushrooms batter that was extremely peppered. but they change appetizer without any issues at all. If you’re allergic or pepper’s not good for you be careful for me was an instant kick in the stomach.

As always, the food here is terrific. The service, just like everywhere else, is lacking. Had to wait to be seated, so the host could out me with the right server…. my server came by to take my order and bring me my check, that’s it. There were 5 tables in their with customers…. 5. The servers were chatting at the computer and going to the prep station to eat what the cook had made them. With one table, you’d think the service would have time to shine not slack off. Manager knowhere in sight of course.

It was our first time here. We’ve heard only good things about Saltgrass Steak House. The restaurant is definitely unique and cool looking. Lots of wall decoration that is well suited to the theme of the restaurant. Everything ordered was fabulous especially the top sirloin steak. Five star service.
