I placed an on-line order at approximately 10am on 2/4/26 for delivery the same day at 11:45am. At 12:30pm, the order had not arrived. I called and spoke to Brian who said they never received the order. He then offered to “cancel” the order. Umm, how can you cancel something that you don’t see?? I said that we wanted our pizzas ($116 worth) and he said that he can’t make the pizzas since there is no order. I printed my confirmation and drove to the store. I presented my confirmation to Brian who offered to show me his computer that they did not have the order. I said I do not care that he cannot see the order. The fact was that he NEVER offered to rectify the situation. He NEVER offered an apology and agree to make the pizzas right away. He never offered to a store credit. He never even said next time he will take half off. He offered NOTHING!! I asked him how I would have known that they never had the order and he said I should have called earlier. WHAT?!?!? Please look at the reviews for this store and seriously take a look at who you employee there. Brian has zero brain cells and should NOT be allowed to be in management..PERIOD!!!!!
P.S. I did call the Corporate office while I was there in the store and let them know I did just that!!

I’ve ordered pizzas here before and no complaints, but today it was terrible! 1/14/25 in the evening. I will think twice before I order here again.

Ordered the new Crispy Cuppy ‘roni pizza. It was abysmal. There were less than half the number of pepperonis on the pizza compared to what’s advertised. The cheese had a powdery texture. Just not even worth it even if it was free. I guess you don’t have to make good food. You just have to advertise that you do.

First experience in a while with Papa John. I ordered a simple pizza with the ‘The Works.’ They put so much stuff on the pizza everything slides off the crust. As well as being so much it also didn’t cook all the way, and everything is just raw. This is why I usually stick to the local places. At least some of them take pride in their food.
The one good thing; the delivery guy was cool and I wish I had tipped him more.

Don’t waste your time ordering here. I live 3 minutes away and waited 75 minutes for the app to say “delivered”. There was no pizza anywhere. Called and they refused to make another delivery because “their driver went home”.

Last night 12/6/17… I received the worst pizza ever! It was in a word…disgusting! There was hardly any sauce on it the cheese was missing in spots and the crust was thin on one side and thick on the other! Alls I can think is they had a new teenager cooking last night because usually it’s good!

I got food for my friends birthday party. She is 12. Not only did the bring a diet pepsi when I asked for a cherry pepsi the pizza looks like they scraped it against something. Half the cheese and toppings are gone. And back to the drinks. I asked for 2 liter bottles of CHERRY PEPSI and DR PEPPER yet I got 20 oz bottles DIET PEPSI and no dr pepper at all. I ordered this at noon so I refuse to believe they didnt have it. The only thing they got right were the literal sauces. This is ridiculous to pay over $50 for food and leave a $15 tip for this crappy service. Do better.
