We were celebrating a momentous occasion last week so we decided to try something new. (We had been to a Saltgrass before but it was about 14y ago in Denver)

The staff and management were incredible, they went absolutely above and beyond on each of our visits.

I had ordered the 8oz sirloin with a loaded sweet potato and fried green beans, my husband got the Atlantic salmon witha loaded baked potato and broccoli. The cook was on pointe and we found ourselves in need of something sweet. The chocolate cake was incredibly decadent (very rich!). It was too much to finish in a single sitting but that’s what togo boxes are for.

Tonight we decided to come up again (we live about an hour away). I ordered the signature sirloin and shrimp with mashed potatoes and my husband ordered the dynamite flat iron with shrimp. Both dishes were extraordinary in their flavor. We had a small hiccup with the steaks but it was resolved in a way that not only met but exceeded every expectation.

We didn’t do dessert this time as we had some leftover desserts at home. However, we did start the meal with the spinach artichoke appetizer. It was immaculate!

The fresh baked bread is always a crowd pleaser… I only wish we had larger appetites.

We can’t wait to return ❤️

Came to eat a birthday lunch with my son who turned 10 today! Our server Garret was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and friendly and patient! The food here was a 10 out of 10 for both my son and myself! The manager on duty was also so kind and made my son’s birthday a little extra special! We will definitely be back soon!!

Had a fantastic dinner at Saltgrass Steak House! The steaks were prepared perfectly—cooked exactly as ordered, tender, and full of flavor.

Trevor, our waiter, was excellent. He was attentive without being overbearing and made sure our experience was smooth from start to finish. He checked in at all the right times and kept everything running seamlessly. Great food and outstanding service—we’ll definitely be back!

This was my husband’s and my first time at this restaurant. We were seated in the back, which wasn’t ideal for the quiet evening away from home we were hoping for. However, April, our waitress, and the manager were incredibly kind and attentive.

We had the seafood fondeaux, and it was amazing. My husband ordered the prime rib, and I had the ribeye — both were absolutely delicious. We took home dessert – chocolate cake and icecream!

We went for the first time on Valentines day, so they were of course busy. This review takes this into consideration. The service was decent, but if this were any old day it would have been 2 stars. Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and checked in. We were forgotten, as people who came in after us with later reservations were seated ahead of us. I asked about this, and we were placed next in line and seated shortly there after. This was about 30 minutes after our reservation time. Our server was good, although he did fail to bring out the bread served to everyone after being seated. Dinner came out in a decent amount of time, however my bacon wrapped filet was cold, gray and so thin the bacon would not stay wrapped. The flavor was just ok. My wife’s mashed potatoes were also cold, dry and had a chunk of black, bad potatoe mixed in. Her steak was luke warm. As for atmosphere, this place feels more like a chain than a high end steak house. The decor is very cowboy themed, with country music primarily playing. Certainly nothing wrong with that, just not our cup of tea. If you after fine dining to celebrate a holiday or special occasion, probably best looking elsewhere.

Great spot. Didn’t know what to expect. Our server was fantastic, friendly, funny and attentive. I had the center cut sirloin and grilled shrimp. It was one of the most tender, flavourful and perfectly cooked steaks I had in a looong time. Even the wedge salad was spot on.

We went on feb 13th, we had a reservation. Our waitress we only saw once or twice. One time she came by the table and notice our pitcher of water was empty, she could’ve offered to fill it. We waited way too long. There were people seated after us, they got their food before us. I asked to talk to the manager, he said “Our kitchen is just bombarded tonight.” I am thinking, “Well duh, it’s Valentines weekend.” Never did our waitress let us know that the kitchen was behind. The manager did give us free dessert, we got cheesecake and it was amazing. I had prime rib, I asked for medium and the top side was darker (Looked like someone microwaved it) but the bottom was still bloody and blood on the plate. My son’s sirloin was ok but it did taste a little burnt from the grill. I was really disappointed, not sure if we will go back again.
