Kid had fun, we had fun, good drinks and food. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for which alot of people on this platform seem to find hard to … swallow.
Highly recommend for anyone living in or visiting the area.
Short rib quesadillas were amazing.
The side of rice is also bomb
Back in the day food and prices very good now not worth it and menu all over the place. Now the my Instagram feed is filled with bad actors playing w tacos near the court house
14-day pastrami beef dino rib looked amazing, but alas, only Friday & Saturdays (takes about 30min to make). Guacamole and fresh chips are a great start, anejo wings were very spicy so keep that in mind, spicy tuna chalupa was ok in a scallion pancake which was creative; I preferred the banh mi bao buns. Loaded tots with cheese a hit, too. Chorizo & mussels were ok, but the mussels could’ve used a bit more cleaning as I had some sand to contend with and the grilled bread was a bit too charcoal-tasting. Crunchy bell tacos reminded folks of Taco Bell Dorito Tacos.
Service – top notch. Food – mixed, some good, some ok, but nothing bad. They accidentally charged us for the beef rib but took it off after we noticed.
So we ordered a few of their dishes, and drinks.
Drinks
Hibiscus margarita was good well mix and it seems to be the best for the night.
Blood Orange margarita was okay it really didn’t taste like anything just tequila.
La Rosa paloma and this one wasn’t good and it had a weird ending taste so not a fan.
Appetizers
We ordered the guacamole it was good and creamy. I would say that for me the only thing that was missing was a little bit of lime, but still worth ordering.
We also ordered the burnt ends now this appetizer was fantastic. It was so good that it was eaten before I had a chance to take a photo definitely worth ordering.
Entrées
Steak tacos Good and fulfilling definitely generous on the steak just felt that the steak was a bit too bland but nothing that sauce can’t fix lol
40 day aged dry steak , was interesting. Definitely a good size steak but again didn’t taste like an age steak also found it a bit bland.
PRIME skirt steak , now this steak was good definitely have some flavor definitely worth ordering wish it was a bigger cut, but if order won’t be disappointed and pair with the green sauce. Definitely makes the steak better.
Side order of potatoes and cheese was definitely fantastic pairing with the steak
Tartar , now this was a unique dish to say the least . definitely full of flavor , a lot going on in this dish. So that being said never had it before so I don’t know if it was good or bad, but enjoyed it
Desserts
Definitely interesting we order the cheesecake, I like the concept of it , felt like I was constructing my own cheesecake as I was eating it. Asked for a cheesecake. I was expecting it to be a little bit more soft than creamy. I felt like I was just eating ice cream cheesecake.
Chiro pudding this was good but I’m biased because I like chocolate lol Definitely taste like a churro. Just found a burnt taste of cinnamon that I wasn’t a fan but still worth ordering.
Servers
Tim was fantastic , very attentive and was honest on what dishes and drinks that was worth ordering. Definitely made the night great.
If in the area , check it out
Service from the minute we walked in until we left was perfect !
Sebastian our server was so welcoming .
He had great knowledge of the menu .
Sebastian stayed on top of everything from our drink needs and removing empty plates off the table . As an experience high end restaurant manager this crew did not missed a beat . Congratulations!

Oh, THE DESSERTS!!! That bread pudding chiro OMG!!!!
Servers were quick and friendly. Got 3 cocktails here and loved all of them. They all tasted like they were made with fresh juice and just the right amount of booze. So refreshing and delicious. None of them were too sweet either.
The smoked crab dip was amazing although they give you potato chips that are super fragile and probably not the best for dipping. Gotta scoop gently on top of the chip with a fork.
The yucca croquettes had great texture and loved the dipping sauce that came with it. It wasn’t overly rich or heavy either.
The B&C mushroom toast was okay, a bit bland.
The birria tacos were awesome. Loads of flavor and the corn tortillas were perfect.
The chile wings also had great flavor, was a tad overcooked but still enjoyed.
Finally for dessert we got the churros with chocolate ice cream. The churros were crispy and declious and the chocolate ice cream had a nice velvet texture. Really enjoyed the dessert.
Overall I’d recommend the chefs adding a bit more spice into their foods but my friend and I still thoroughly enjoyed our meal and drinks. Will be back again to try their other menu items.
