Wife and I went here for brunch today. I completely forgot that I had taken my grandmother here 2-3 years ago. Wife and I agreed that we will definitely be back sooner than later. Everything we had was delicious and the service and atmosphere was very welcoming. Wife had French toast and eggs and bacon. And I had Cajun seafood pasta with a side salad. And as an appetizer we had the donut holes with warm glaze dip. No complaints about anything. It was hard to decide to what to get – so many other things on the menu we want to try. If you’re in the area, I would highly recommend stopping for a bite. We left and immediately called friends and told them about it. 5 stars all the way around.

First time here with my family and EVERYTHING was great. From the service to the cleanliness and food quality, this is a good local breakfast place. Food is fresh and presented well.

I stopped in recently and the service was excellent. My server, Nicki, was attentive and very prompt, which made the experience enjoyable. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and is a nice place to sit down for a meal.
That said, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. I ordered the crab and shrimp omelette, and it seemed to contain a lot of imitation crab inside, with just three shrimp placed on top—tails still on. Not exactly what I expected from a crab and shrimp omelette.
Overall, I’d still come back because of the great service and environment, but next time I’ll try something different on the menu.

Amazing food, super friendly staff and very clean inside. Was pretty packed but they seated us right away. We were at the nearby school for a track meet and stopped in to refuel hungry teenage boys with big apppetites and they were happy and full! My coffee was really good too! We will surely stop in here again

Our first time and we were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food is. You have to try the pimento cheese biscuits. We will definitely put Salt and Pepper on our top of the list places to eat!

I ordered the southwest skillet and a bloody mary. The service was nice and sweet, and the place was clean.
Unfortunately, both the food and drink were a big disappointment. The bloody mary was honestly the second worst one I’ve ever had. The mix tasted extremely watered down, like there was barely any tomato or seasoning, and it was basically straight liquor. It wasn’t balanced at all and I couldn’t even stomach it enough to drink it.
The southwest skillet was also really greasy and still somehow lacked flavor. I make chorizo at home, so I understand it can render fat, but this was excessive and it actually made my stomach hurt. For the quality of the food, the pricing also felt overpriced.
It’s a great location and it’s sad because this place could have something good going, but this experience was just terrible. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to drive to First Watch in Kennesaw for a decent bloody mary and breakfast, but I should have just gone there.
UPDATE: I GOT FOOD POISIONING.

Brunch at Salt and Pepper Cafe was truly a vibe! I brought my dog along for a little weekend treat, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. The outdoor patio is perfect for a chill, relaxed meal—spacious, comfortable, and super dog-friendly. My pup got a couple of cups of whipped cream and lots of love from the staff, which made him one happy camper.
I kicked things off with a spiked strawberry lemonade that was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with just the right kick. As an appetizer, the mini chicken and waffles were crispy, tender, and full of flavor. But the star of the show was the main dish: Cajun catfish and grits with a side of bananas Foster pancakes. The catfish was seasoned to perfection, the grits were creamy and rich, and the pancakes? Melt-in-your-mouth amazing with just the right touch of sweetness.
The service was just as impressive as the food. My waitress was absolutely incredible—attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time. The manager even came out several times to personally check in and make sure everything was going great. That kind of hospitality really stands out and made me feel like a valued guest.
Salt and Pepper Cafe totally exceeded my expectations. Great food, great people, great atmosphere—and my dog gives it two paws up! I can’t wait to come back.

Heather was an amazing server. She was very attentive! I personally had the bourbon chicken and waffles and that dish was literally the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever eaten!
Also had the donuts bites as an appetizer. Simply amazing!!!

The food was delicious. The pancakes were very tasty and pretty big. They had the crispy edges that I like. I also had the crab and shrimp omelet and it was tasty. It wasn’t as big as I thought it would be and i thought there would be more than three shrimp. However, everyone in my party enjoyed their food. Elise, our waitress, was friendly and attentive. The place is very small so leg room and table space is lacking. Otherwise, great place to visit for brunch/breakfast. I would go back 100%!

First time here. We had a group of 24 and they were happy to accommodate. We’d just finished a team building event at Arkenstone Paintball. Needless to say, we were 25 hungry Soldiers. The staff was amazing. They didnt flinch or miss a beat. Well organized from drinks to food orders. Considering our size, the food was out faster than expected. The food was so good, it got quiet for a few minutes. Not one, I mean not one complaint about any single food item. Its far away from me to frequent but I will go out of my way to bring the family when nearby. I had the Bourbon Pecan Chicken & Waffles and added hot honey on the side. Maaaaannnnn….. It was amazing. Thank y’all for such a great experience.
