Food was pretty good and had some good seasoning. The jambalaya pasta was great as well as the shrimp. The decor and setup was very similar to the Cheesecake Factory in downtown ft worth. Service was a little slow but there were a lot of party groups when we went.

This place has a great atmosphere and good food. The cheesecakes and the entrees are delicious. The service was ‘decent’ at best. Our waiter kept forgetting something like silverware, his ordering book, refills, dishes, etc. But overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The food was OK. The service was good. The prices were a little pricey. You’re paying for convenience and location. We ordered kids catfish meal, shrimp poboy , and crawfish ravioli. The catfish and shrimp had a little spice to them. My little girl said her meal was too spicy for her. My wife didn’t say much about her meal. The shrimp poboy was Ok. This not a place we visit often.

I can not Express enough just how much I enjoyed visiting this place. I got the blackened chicken alfrado and it was heavenly. My husband got the hamburger wrap with a mustard ketchup aioli. My son got the kids chicken fingers, I was impressed that the tenders had a lime zest to it. We ended up getting two different cheesecake slices. It was amazing! Everything is very affordable. I highly recommend! This place won’t disappoint you!

We were excited to go to this locations because of this in Louisiana. This Copeland’s is situated right in the middle of the outlet near beautiful waterfall. The inside was gorgeous. Now getting to our actual dining experience. There wasn’t many people in the restaurant as we went for brunch as soon as it opened. We were Having a celebration for my aunt. We ordered mimosas which were OK but Had more Orange juice than anything. The server forgot to put our appetizer in And we didn’t realize until 45 minutes had passed. We mentioned it and they put a rush on it while our food was sitting in the pick up window waiting for the server to bring it to the table. We ended up getting your appetizer which was really fresh and yummy by the way. The problem is is that our food came immediately after and it was Ice cold! Not only that, over the course of that 45 minutes we ordered a re fill of our mimosa and we didn’t get it until after the food had arrived. We let them know that our food was ice cold in that the server didn’t even put the order and properly. The manager insisted that it be remade, so we had to wait longer to get it. Once the food arrived we were happy that we waited. The food was Truly delicious. So over all, the food was great, service was very poor. Also, the restrooms smelled like pure garbage & sewer!

The gumbo was extremely delicious but I was not pleased with my dish. I ordered the hamburger steak and poutine fries. It was an interesting dish but I would not order it again. Our service was top notch and I always enjoy the atmosphere. I will return to try something else.

Decided to eat here while visiting the Louisiana Boardwalk. Sat at the bar and ordered the fried chicken and waffles plate and it was delicious. Only had about 5 beers on tap but quite a few different ones in bottle. Wife ordered a margarita that was also very tasty. Would definitely visit again. Bartender was very friendly and recommended a few places to visit.

Have never tried this place til last week. My Husband & I always gave it a second thought for dining in. We decided to give it a shot and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing!! We ordered some adult beverages at the bar & some cheese cake which was called Death by Chocolate (( hubby added strawberries)) we just about died it was so good. Better than the cheese cake factory. Everything was delicious, our waitress was amazing and super nice. We are definitely going to be coming back to this restaurant. ❤

In town on a our quarterly Out-of-town Girls Trip(party of 8) . After shopping we visited Copelands Cheesecake Bistro. This was our third visit in four days During the previous visits service was great BUT on this 4th visit, service was very poor the food was very well presented and tasteful. Now the other downer was the wait time was 25 minutes to get dessert. Sooooo this was definitely our last time dining at the Cheesecake Bistro while visiting in Louisiana.

I ordered the Crawfish ravioli and a banana cheesecake and both were delicious! The staff were kind though it did seem to take awhile for our food to get out even though we were there on a slow night.
