Salt City Cafe offers a variety of specialty sandwiches as well as other delicious and affordable options. Located in the Salina Meadows Business Park, Salt City Cafe is run by two folks passionate about food. Ernie Tuff has been in the restaurant and catering business for over 40 years. He most recently owned and operated Ernie’s Lakeland Cafe among other restaurants throughout the area. Kim Jackson has been catering for over 20 years for family and friends. Her level of detail and desire to make everyone feel as if they were eating at her kitchen table coincide with the mission of Salt City Cafe & Catering.

Ernie makes the absolute best sandwiches I’ve ever had! Sides are always good, and the soup is consistently outstanding. I can’t say enough about the quality of the food! We come back for catering monthly. Service is fantastic, too! Highly recommended!

Ordered catering for a small business meeting and everything was fantastic! We ordered half pans of roast beef, tortellini alfredo, roasted potatoes & salad. The food was hot, fresh, incredible! We lucked out and received prime rib instead of roast beef, which was a nice unexpected bonus. Everything was delicious and so reasonably priced! We have so many leftovers, we’ll have lunch for tomorrow too. Will definitely be ordering from them again!!
