Salt serves great coffee has great light food as well as a prismatic gift shop all wrapped in one
The drinks are very flavorful with some creative options. The lavender white chocolate mocha special blended is our favorite. The lavender flavor is strong and the overall drink is not too sweet. .

The light food options and pastries are very good as well. What they rotated in today was a bacon pastry as well as a ham and cheese croissant. Both are tasty a bit on the greasy side. I did really like that. The ham and cheese croissant was very heavy on the cheese. Very tasty.

The burritos and sandwiches are also very good. My all-time favorite is I think the big boy pig burrito which is more than a meal in itself made to order with great ingredients very filling and very great for the taste buds.

The environment is relaxed and charming. It’s never very noisy, but can’t get very busy. The gift shop options are cool with some uniqueness.

Since it is in an outlet mall parking can be a pain on the weekends in the summertime but usually not too bad as I visit in the morning.

This coffee shop as well as all the shops in the mall are pet friendly and very clean

That’s a minor note: the coffee drinks can take a little longer to be prepared than typical coffee shops even when it’s not super busy, but it’s well worth it.

Great food and coffee (try the Mayan Mocha). My husband has celiacs disease and they offer a gluten free quiche, beautiful presentation and delicious (they offer other gluten free treats as well). I had a breakfast burrito, delicious. Their fresh pastries look incredible (will try next time). Friendly staff, prompt service. Will return.

Such an awesome spot with an amazing atmosphere and incredibly sweet staff. I wasn’t a fan of my chai latte, and they kindly offered to exchange it for free. I really appreciated the gesture. Thank you, Hannah, for your exceptional service!

Got the BLT (half-size) and it was one of the tastiest sandwiches I’ve had! My lavender white mocha was really good too! Only downside was having to wait for food about 40 minutes (but we came at 10:30 on a Sunday, it might be less busy other days). Loved the aesthetic too! Would love to come back on a less busy day.

I am a Seattle coffee snob & barista so I am very particular about my coffee. The micro foam on my latte was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the verde on a jalapeno bagel, and oh my goodness best breakfast I’ve had in a while. The customer service was amazing & the atmosphere is hard to beat. So much fun art to look at as well. Will definitely be back if I am in the area again.

Bagels are huge and delicious, salt Carmel latte was so yummy. I’m very happy I waited in a long line but it was worth the wait.

The quiche is incredible (they do run out of this item sometimes, but I recommend the Lorraine). Service is super friendly. I am becoming a regular pictured here is the quiche that comes with the arugula salad perfectly dressed in oil and salt, and a matcha sweet cream pastry.

This spot had been on my breakfast list, but we ended up starting further down the coast and made it here just before closing…thankfully the kitchen was still open, and we got lucky!

The matcha was great..nice, rich dark green color (always a good sign) and I had mine unsweetened. My partner got the Mojo Shake-Up and loved it. He’s not a big coffee drinker, but said this one was fantastic.

We ordered the Big Piggy Rito and wow…so damn good. The wrap was delicious, and the filling was just yes all around. We also split the Best BLT, and it definitely lived up to the name. Super flavorful, super fresh, and bonus points: the bread was soft enough not to tear up your mouth (underrated feature).

The space itself is really cozy with a cool aesthetic. There’s a small retail section and some fridge items too. Wish we had time to try more, but everything we had was fantastic. Definitely worth a stop!

Bonus: we saved our half of the burrito for later and it was so good even cold. Solid late night snack.

More than worth a 5 star review. The food was perfect. The coffee was the best we had on our trip. Probably, the best breakfast bagel I’ve had. Their gift shop was amazing and had so many goodies. Prices were higher than other places, but you pay for quality.

Stop here. Eat food. Be happy.
