It took them an hour get my parrillada ready. I went to drive thru to order and the girl at the window asked me to park in front so she can bring out my order and she never did. I went in to see what was taking so long and they never even got it started. It took one of the guys like 5 minutes to make it right in from of me. I will never go back to place again. crappy customer service, I didn’t even get an apology for the delay.

I don’t come here for atmosphere, I come for the best Buché Burrito on the west side. Buché is hard to find and it took me 5 years to find this burrito, it’s pork belly aka Hog Maws. Go to spot better than Filiberto. I’ve tried many Mexican fast food restaurants. This one has been good so far go to spot with the crew as a landscaper contractor business owner. We pull up and get good service. Good AC can’t complain the guys love it all day every day.

Good quality food wait was not that long compared to later times pretty quick and efficient. I had the order of the 5 rolled tacos with shredded beef good combination.Drive thru lady looked busy but still managed to be professional about it always my go-to place for a quick bite when it’s not so busy. We’ve been here before and it was honestly great but today we went to go get food and it was honestly horrible they had attitude while taking our order and the food was just not it we got tortas and they were missing meat it wasn’t even half of meat what they put in them and for the prices they charge it is not okay they didn’t do our order correct we called to explain and the first girl that answered said we were calling the wrong location when it was actually the right one… never going there again don’t recommend

Whoever y’all have working at 1 am this Thursday (August 21st) morning needs to get fired. Both of them. Because we heard her smack her teeth whenever we were ordering and she was acting like she didn’t speak English so she could excuse for being rude. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Mexican establishment. Should be ashamed on who you have working your drive through. If that’s who you want representing this place you should be ashamed. And Im not sure who her lil boyfriend was and why he felt like It was necessary to hang around like a body guard and give dirty looks after the girl was rude. It was rude behavior on top of rude behavior. Maybe don’t hire children who are on their phones while they are working and not paying attention to what they are doing. Because they also got the order wrong. And whenever she came back out to hand him the food, she was very rude and continued to act like she didn’t know English.

This morning I got a steak burrito, and the meat was cold. I ate a little, but I couldn’t finish it, so I asked if they could reheat it. They reheated him to the maximum and, unfortunately, I burned my tongue because it was extremely hot. I felt that my request bothered them, but I think customers should be able to enjoy their food at the right temperature. Cold food is not acceptable, and I won’t settle for it.

Today (9/2/25) at around 10:30 am I lost out on DoorDash money because I unassigned an order due to their unprofessionalism. 1. I was not greeted by anyone in the store at anytime 2. I seen she was busy talking (not about food) to a customer in front of me in the order line so I made my way to the pick up line 3. She was done with the customer in front of me after 5 minutes or so and didn’t bother to acknowledge me. 4. 3 more customers walk in and she acknowledges them and starts taking their order even though she knew I was next to be helped. When that happened I texted the customer letting them know what was happening and that I was going to unassign the order. I was their at least 10 minutes if not more for an order that should have been ready for pickup. I will never accept an order from there again and thankfully I chose not to get my menudo there this past weekend and I chose to get it from A Comer! on (83rd Ave Indian School Plaza) A Comer! has fantastic customer service.
