I’ve been coming here for 10 months faithful, but when I tell I’ve never been so insulted. NO I don’t eat Raw onions. I asked for no onions but of course the my food had onions. Returned the food, had them remake it, then all hell broke loose. The young lady tells me all the food has raw onions, which I know isn’t true, I eat here too often and know what I can and can’t eat from here. Everything I asked for she made a comment about onions, again I told her Raw onions not onion powder… She wouldn’t even give me sauce.. Sad to say I drive 25 mins to order from here.. I guess I have to find some place else that don’t disrespect their customers..This is the bowl she made me the second time

Simply because of the location and how difficult it is to get to, is the only reason I’ve never been here. Everything was excellent, from the welcoming greetings upon entering, to the beautiful smiles throughout the ordering. The food was absolutely delicious and I plan on trying everything on the menu. This trip I had 3 burritos, 2 I planned to eat and save the third for lunch tomorrow. No such luck!!! I ate all three and don’t regret it, just have to try again.

Sadly so disappointing. I remember liking the tacos, chips and queso so I stopped here for lunch. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 beef tacos subbed the medium salsa for pico, and asked for sour cream on the side.
Order was correct but I wish I knew soft shell not crunchy are the default option – if asked I could have preferred hard shell. My issues are with the plain beef flavor of the tacos (lacking depth and cumin) and almost non existent ingredients in the pico de gallo (mostly tomato no onion cilantro or fresh lime taste). I would not recommend or return.

I enjoy your food a customer several times. A strong note to management regarding Salsaritas in Soutfield MI at Southfield Rd and 10 Mile Rd. The lights on the drive through menu are not working and they tell me it’s been this way for months. I hope you’re not struggling as a business, but please get this simple task done ✅!!

I recently visited Salsarita’s and was quite disappointed. The food was bland and lacked the flavor I was expecting. To make matters worse, while my burrito was being made, the manager was scolding the worker right in front of me, accusing him of “killing the business” by giving me too much. It was uncomfortable and totally uncalled for to witness this as a customer. I felt bad for the employee. To top it off, the food was overpriced for the quality I received. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

I have to say; for some reason, this place was not on my radar at all.
I found out about this place because they brought chips and salsa to our office.
Their chips were nice and crispy, and the salsa was delicious.
I went to the Southfield location, and I have to say, the customer service they were outstanding.
I order chips and salsa and chicken and steak tacos. They were fantastic. I will be coming back for sure.

Always a good choice . Anybody saying different really is just lying or has no real taste buds. Food always fresh along with house made tortilla chips which you can’t find nowhere else in the area or surrounding areas. Keep up the good work guys .

Since when does the burrito bowl come half full. I’m not even expecting the food to be overflowing out the bowl, but half full is unacceptable. I’ve ordered multiple times and never has my bowl been half full. Why have these large bowls only to fill it half way. My bowl had hardly any food in it. I was told that was the correct portion size. I will not be back. $10 for half the food I usually get. Ridiculous! Chipotle would never!

Went on my break thru the drive thru and ordered nachos with everything (jalapeños, guac, chicken, cheese, cilantro..etc) and this was what I had when I got back to work. Didn’t have enough time to go back so $12 wasted. I guess they’re still working out the kinks for this new location.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and when I got to my second piece, I found this large burnt thing sitting inside the quesadilla. After inspecting it, we found out it was a BURNT PIECE OF PLASTIC!! There was one large piece and multiple tiny pieces. I’m not sure how they make quesadilla’s here, but pretty sure I didn’t ask for burnt plastic in mine. Order here at your own risk.
