Friday September 19th I spent $30 bucks drove to pick it up, found out after getting home it wasn’t correct. Called and they told me it was correct and that was it. No come back let us fix it, no grab a different pizza, no refund offer. I’ll NEVER spend another dollar with a business that doesn’t respect it’s customers. I spend hundreds of dollars a month eating out, and it won’t ever be with with location again.

The only east of Chicago I’ve ever gone to that had incompetent staff. To the point where I have to describe step by step how to make a regular pepperoni pizza or it comes in a crazy way.if I ask for stuffed crust my pizza comes without cheese. No sauce, no cheese pepperoni under the cheese causing the top to come off. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

We especially love their traditional crust. The salads and subs are also worth mentioning. We haven’t really ever had anything bad from their menu. They make a nice quality pizza at a reasonable cost. They also have daily specials which is very nice.

I love the owner of east of Chicago in Greenwich, she and her crew always do a great job of getting my orders right and always done at the time they say it will be done. I will always go to east of Chicago when I feel the need for a pizza, they have the best pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza on earth in my opinion.

Collin Lloyd is so good he should have something on the menu named after him. No doubt. Greatest server I’ve ever had. Always knows who he is talking to by the sound of their voice. He’s just a great all around guy. Definitely knows how to make a pizza. If I didn’t know any better I would believe he was Italian. Colonel Sanders started saying “Finger Licking Good” after he tried one of Collin Lloyd’s pizzas. He’s so good at making subs that he could put subway out of business. By himself. A woman once told me that he doesn’t use the oven to cook the food. He is so hot that he just stands next to it and it cooks. All in all….pretty darn tootin good! Can’t wait to see the Collin Classic on the menu! At least I hope so….

Took over an hour to get our pizza 3miles up the road to our house. I had to call and see if they were lost. Then pizza gets here…big surprise it’s barley warm. I call back and I’m told they can make me a fresh one and bring it out to us as long as we haven’t ate any. Um…as soon as a pizza hits the front door at least two or three slices are pulled off it. Smh. AND i REALLY don’t want a ticked off employee spitting in my food. Thanks for nothing. I’ll just drive to New London mext time we want pizza

I’m a truck driver and I was delivering 4.5 miles away, I tried to have pizza delivered to me and explained I was 4.5 miles away and they said they only go 4 miles. I offered to pay extra for the .5 miles and still no pizza. Good job looking out for a trucker that can’t get these trucks everywhere.

Ordered a pizza and buffalo chicken sub. Pizza was good.
The Buffalo Chicken sub certainly was not what the picture shown.
Picture shows nice crispy filet piece of meat that you could see.
What I got was very few pieces of cubed chicken on a 12 inch sub smothered in lettuce, sauce and tomato on a bun.
You get more on a chicken wrap from McDonald’s then you do on a 12 inch sub from East of Chicago
