This was our first visit to Salsarita’s. We tried two steak tacos along with tortilla chips and queso, plus a mild salsa. My mother-in-law’s favorite part was the chips—and I have to agree, they’re really good. I especially enjoyed dipping them in the cheese. I’ll definitely try more from their menu next time.

The chicken rice bowl was good and very fulfilling. The amount of food that they give is enough to on twice. The price was also made it very affordable. I would revisit this restaurant if I’m ever back in town.

My teenage daughter visited the restaurant today to order a burrito. She specifically requested a small one but was charged for a large when she reached the register. Unfortunately, she didn’t notice the mistake until she sat down. When she approached the staff to explain the situation, she felt it was unfair to be charged for something she didn’t order. Instead of addressing her concern promptly, they made her wait a long time for the manager. Ultimately, rather than receiving the full refund of $1.50, she was given only $1 back. This isn’t the best way to treat young customers.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The food itself was just not good. The quality of the ingredients was not good. I ended up throwing it away. But I did receive great customer service.

There is a sign saying no coupons, no gift certificates, no discounts on the counter. There wasn’t any wait. I got what I asked for, a burrito with queso, and I wasn’t impressed. I was t disappointed, but it was a very average meal. Guacamole was decent.

I circled around the food court twice and thought this place looked the best. I ordered chicken taco plate, with chips, salsarito and a soda. The tacos looked good, but the chicken left A lot to be desired. No taste, very soggy, and so many burnt grilled charred bits throughout the tacos, that even after picking out many chunks, they were halfway inedible. Very disappointed. I think I was overcharged for my order as well. 14$ for two tacos and a drink?

This location has the prices jacked way up. I just wanted chips and queso, which is usually $3.29, and it was $5 at this location. Also I’m pretty sure this is not the same cheese other salsaritas have. Salsaritas cheese is not usually this orange, and it tastes like gas station nacho cheese. I asked if that was the right size container for the cheese and they informed me that the other size was $8, bud that the chips would be extra if I bought it, because I was just buying cheese, not chips and cheese? I didn’t want to get charged double for that as well, so I skipped it. Honestly though, what type of insane game of semantics are y’all playing here just to get away with charging people inflated prices for cheese that probably comes dehydrated or in a bag? Rest assured I’ll just go to a regular Salsaritas location next time instead of this scam they’re running in the mall here. Franchise owners who try to pull stuff like this wonder why there’s nobody in line there but even Burger King across the way has a line.
