Gave my little sister a raw quarter pounder and had the nerve to have a nasty attitude when it was brought back to them! Asking do “we want our burger well done” being funny! When you can clearly see it’s completely raw!! Definitely will be making a call to the health department because obviously this isnt the first time and they dont care!

I would like to formally express my concerns about the customer service at this McDonald’s location. On several occasions, I have encountered unprofessional behavior from staff, including rude and disrespectful interactions. This has been a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident. I respectfully encourage management to review these concerns and take appropriate action to ensure a more positive experience for customers.

Ordered nuggets and fries. The nuggets died hours ago and the fried were cold but they’re still being sold. So I took the food back and had them remake it….NUGGETS WERE STILL DEAD…I MEAN HOURS OLD!!!! You cannot re-fry old nuggets..they’ll taste even worse!!! I gave them my receipt when I brought the food back and that’s what really pissed me off! I didnt get to do my survey! It’s become a lazy practice for FF restaurants in this area to give serve old food! Do they have to pass a food handlers class in WYCO because THEY ALL DO IT! You have to go all the way out to 78th to get food served hot. I am DONE! 8:10-8:20pm THE COOK WAS BELOW PAR AND LAZY. Are they taught to serve old food????

The lady working the the drive thru had the best energy I have ever seen at a restaurant retail or anywhere for that matter. If she isn’t a manager she sure should be. Don’t know her name but anyone that works there or goes there knows that lady with a great attitude and positive energy!!

Terrible doordash service, im waiting at least half an hour just for my order to be ‘ready’ its not that hard to do your job. Do it right and don’t make people who order on doordash wait. That is unacceptable for me, and very unprofessional if you dont care about peoples food, i dont know why my order went to this location i don’t like ordering from here. And now this just tells me why, please telll your employees to do their job right and not make people wait for their food. Unacceptable professionalism.

There’s a new McDonald’s where this old one is in the picture. Place has fast service but limited seating inside and very limited scenery which I get for the location it’s at. The food tastes like McDonald’s food but the other day when I ate there I had a dog hair in my McChicken.
