My oh my if you don’t know about this place just let me tell you first off the owner Sal he is the best super friendly great guy and amazing cook ! This guy knew me by name second day of coming he welcomed me to the area with open arms I’ve lived in Gastonia all my life I never knew about this place man on man was I missing out! Now onto the food the main thing it’s amazing super amazing tasty delicious well cooked everything the pasta all of them you can tell are made with love he perfect ratio of meat sauce and cheesy goodness! Every pasta pizza or sandwich is absolutely amazing! I’m not sponsored trust me I wish I was this place is really this good I don’t leave reviews but for the guy or girl looking trying to see if it’s good trust me don’t skip it it’s the best it will change your life lol sal and the whole staff is amazing friendly welcoming I promise you won’t regret going here!

When I tell you this is the only pizza place my very picky eater will eat from. She has sensory eating issues and Sal’s is the only place that has great flavor and the dough is textured just right and they are so diligent with their recipes that the flavoring doesn’t change so it has literally become her safe food. The food is always delicious. Never a miss or bad day. And customer service is beyond amazing. Out of this world. The people working there really care about their customers. They even learned my order by just giving my name. And when I needed an out of the ordinary request they came through with no hesitation. This pizza place deserves 10 stars.

Disappointed they don’t sell by the slice. Dough lacks flavor sauce was watery. Cheese had a nice pull to it. I wouldn’t call this NY pizza but it is a thin crisp crust.

This pizzeria is geared towards takeout, they do offer a couple small indoor tables and a couple outside. They offer lunch specials till 3pm. And of course New York style pizza. I eat a lot of pizza, and for my taste, this place is middle of the road for me, the service is/was great however.!!! And on their lunch specials they do get your food out to you in 10 mins or less……… usually

Visiting a friend in Northern Gastonia and decided to get a pizza. Called and the customer service was great. Ordered 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni and a large house salad with Italian dressing. The sauce flavor was exquisite. Absolutely delicious! Thank you!

Genuinely confused why there are so many reviews saying this place has NY style pizza. Its more like Domino’s! Toppings are chopped so small you can barely taste them and they put WAY too much garlic. Crust was very chewy. They also dont deliver. Disappointing!

Me and my bf went here on a whim, and let you, WE LOVED IT!!! It was sooo tasty!! We will definitely be back. It also started getting packed as we left so that’s definitely a good sign!! Btw we got half buffalo chicken and half bbq chicken add pepperoni as a medium! Definitely check this place out!!
