This is one of those old school places that we see on TV, a place where good pizza a service are made to look fake. However that further from the truth, they have amazing pizza by the slice or pie. The pizza is never old and tired looking, fresh pizza is always coming out.
The staff is great and you can’t tell they live owning the business, that is hard to find theses days.
Over all I make a stop at least once a month when I’m downtown.

5 stars. Sal’s Pizza is amazing! I always bring my bro here — it’s his favorite pizza spot — and they never disappoint. The pizza is hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor, with perfectly cooked crust and generous toppings.
The staff are always awesome and make every visit a great experience, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Great food, great atmosphere, and consistently solid service — can’t recommend this place enough.

NY style pizza by the slice. Unless you can catch it fresh out of the oven, most of the time the pizza is heated up in the pizza oven before being served. I was most impressed by their lasagna pizza which I was ordered fresh as it had just been cooked one of the times I went. Their pizza overall isn’t anything to rave about, but it is a little better than average and is priced decently for what you get.

I tried out Sal’s Pizza while visiting Appleton recently. They sell pizza by the slice, and had a variety of options to choose from. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant, and a few people were dining in. The guy behind the counter was friendly and talkative. The pizza comes with garlic knots on top, and both slices and rolls are placed in the oven to warm them up when you order. I found the pizza to be very tasty, with a crisp crust and flavorful toppings. All in all, an excellent experience and great food, will definitely keep Sal’s on my list for future visits.

Friendly fast service! Pizza was good. Large pizza is 18″ you can also get a 14″ or pizza by the slice. Large slice of pizza comes with a garlic roll. Most times in and out in 10 minutes. Pizzas and Subs available along with wings, tenders , mozzarella sticks and other appetizers. You can get cannolis , Brownies or an 8 inch chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Unfortunately no alcohol served. Right across from the PAC downtown Appleton. There were 10 different kinds of pizza available to choose from for the by the slice when we’re in there. Workers were friendly and the pizza was good. Reasonable prices also.

I’ve been to Sal’s Pizza in Appleton a few times now, and it’s always spot on. The pizza is just perfect, thin, crispy crust, amazing sauce, and plenty of cheese. Plus, those little garlic knots they give you? Absolutely killer.
The staff is friendly, the place has a great vibe, and I always get my pizza fast, hot, and fresh. Honestly, if you love good pizza, this place is a no-brainer. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
