We went there at 8:00 p.m. through the Drive Thru when they were open until 9 p.m. The kid came on the speaker and said they were out of food to sell. Didn’t apologize or was polite or a welcoming,just said they had nothing. My wife said are you serious he said oh well, goes somewhere else. Very poor customer service we have experienced in a very long time. Just lost our business. Thanks KFC employee.

Went through drive thru for convenience. Was told to pull up that they were waiting on fries. Waited 10 minutes before getting my food and was given cold stale fries and by that point my sandwich had clearly been waiting around and was also stale/cold. Absolute joke.

I had a $5 gift card for kfc that I needed to use, that’s the only reason I came. After reading all the negative reviews at this kfc and others, I did not have high expectations for the visit. When entering the parking lot, I encountered a huge pothole, which if i hadn’t been paying attention, could have damaged my lower sedan car. There was a narrow stretch between the pothole and the curb, which i had to carefully stay between. It was deep enough that if i had driven over it, it could have caused damage. The girl at the counter was very friendly and took the time to type in the gift card number when the card swiper was not working. I had previously gone to the Neenah location and they could not get the gift card to work. I also tried to order online and there was no option to pay with a gift card. I ordered the 2 piece chicken, it was good and was ready quickly. I would definitely go back to this location. From what I have seen and heard about kfc, they are on the decline, but my experience here was evidence to the contrary. If they would pay more attention to maintaining their parking lot, I think there is hope for kfc to make a comeback. Fix your parking lot and I will change my review to 5 stars.

Pulled in at 7 pm it said closes at 8 waited in like 30 minutes and finally pulled around and they said through the window (only gestured they were closed didn’t open the window or anything) they were closed! Never said anything about being closed on intercom watched a line of cars sit for over 30 minutes !!! We had to let the other people know they were closed or the employees weren’t going to!

Employees working drive thru were rude! Saw a mouse crawl out from under the back door while in drive thru. Cracked my bumper going thru a pot hole the size of a Chevette in the driveway. Would be a shame if someone were to trip and fall in pothole and sue ! Easy $ for that person! Screwed up my order and left without getting. Lots of reviews stating food poisoning. Going to contact health dept about reviews.
