Finally!!!!!! A pizza that is NOT cracker thin NOR so doughy that it’s like eating straight dough! Pizza was essentially perfect for what we like! Thank you. Dining room appeared to be very cute as well, although we did carry out. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be our go to as long as it’s this way

I ordered a two liter soda and instead of saying we don’t have anymore they made the decision to send me four fountain drinks which would be flat by the end of the day without calling me so I decide how my money was spent. When I called, I absolutely had an attitude but I wasn’t yelling or cursing and the managers response was to say she doesn’t understand what the problem was or why I have an attitude. The food is good, the people are absurd in how they handle customer service.

It was simply divine, with crunchy, well-seasoned crust, luscious and tangy tomato sauce, and creamy and well-seasoned mozzarella blending perfectly with the fresh basil. There was an intensely savory and pungent flavor to each slice that it was hard to leave alone. Basil added to it an herbaceous freshness and took it to another level. Better pizza than I’ve had the pleasure of tasting—fresh, uncomplicated, and memorable.

We had a problem tonight with Doordash. I knew it would be busy since its Halloween and expected them to be late, but after a bit of time I called Sals for assistance. When they found out how late they not only reached out to Doordash but delivered the pizza themselves instead so we would get it quicker. The service was amazing and the person on the phone tonight (10/31/25 around 6pm) made our night. There’s a reason we keep going here for pizza. Thanks for making our Halloween awesome!

I’ve ordered from here a few times, the pick up time is always longer than they say and I’m waiting for 15/20 minutes.
The wings are dry even when asked for “extra wet” and am charged for it.
Was told it would be an hour for a pick up order for a pizza.. I’ll just go somewhere else..

if I could leave 0 stars, I would. The only redeeming quality of this place is the pizza. Other locations would NEVER get this trashy. I ordered a plate of chicken tenders and fries and I don’t even know if you could call this chicken. It’s completely burnt and instead of just making us another order they passed it off like it was good. 99% breading and 1% chicken. And the staff is horrible, called in an order and I was left on hold for an hour. I walk into the place and it’s completely empty. This is the closest location to me and I’m upset they failed to meet regular health standards.

Vegetarians be careful. I ordered Pepperocini peppers and got pepperoni. Sal’s said it was a glitch in their online ordering platform. They did refund my money but I disappointed a bunch of vegetarians in my house.

I only gave this two stars because the cheese pizza my friends ordered from the “Monday” special was okay. I picked up their order and decided to get something on the side for myself. I asked if they had anything ready and she said meatballs so I ordered. I didn’t realize it until after I paid, but the meatballs were $10 cold and definitely not worth what I paid. I guess I’m glad she didn’t put ricotta on them cause it might have been $15. Also, the “sals signature meatballs” pictured online show them served with pasta. So that’s a little misleading. And not to mention, the sauce on the pizza and the sauce on the meatballs. Completely different. That’s a little weird to me I think. I’m still trying to figure out how we got a whole large pizza for $12 and you charge $10 for two qt lb meat balls? High way robbery! Will most likely not be back. I know we are having inflation issues but this is bad.

The food here is good, but today’s experience (November 21st) was completely ruined by the young lady working the floor.
Her attitude was terrible — unfriendly, unwelcoming, and clearly not interested in providing decent service. From the moment we arrived, her facial expressions and lack of professionalism made the whole visit uncomfortable.
The tip was left out of habit, not because it was earned.
It’s unfortunate that one person with such poor service can negatively impact an otherwise good restaurant.
