Excellent pizza. Much better than the big chain restaurants. Stopped in the parking lot to turn around and go to a big chain restaurant and I’m glad I stayed when I saw it. Great food!

We walked in for take out order. Small place but there were small tables available on a Saturday at lunchtime. Menu of pizzas and dinners offered a good variety of choices. Prices were fair. The Hawaiian pizza was delicious with a thinner crispy crust. Plenty of toppings. Friendly staff. Will definitely go try other pizzas.

If you are looking for authentic NY style in the mountains, look no further!
We found Sal’s on accident and immediately turned around to try it. It was so hard to decide, so we got 2 appetizers and 2 pizzas, all of which were excellent. We will definitely be going back to try more of the menu.

This was our First Time at Sal‘s. The food was excellent. I had a gluten-free pizza which was delicious. Not many places in town has gluten-free so thank you. The atmosphere was like a café that you would find in NY. So get in and get out was my MO. The man who served me was authentically unfriendly, but I met Another server who came in for the evening shift and she was fabulous. No beer or wine.

Fantastic pizza! What I assume to be the manager or owner was sassy, poked a little fun at me. I can see where that might offend some, but I found it mildly amusing. The pizzas were huge and tasted absolutely delicious.

Excellent Brooklyn style pizza. I eat pizza from all over the country due to business travel and I can say this is worth your stop. Stopped in today and had a medium pizza. 《I’m the one with the sad daughter who had just broke up with her bf》.

This pizza ties with Huck-A-Poos on Tybee Island for the best pizza I’ve ever had. This, of course, is my opinion based on what I like. We will be stopping in every time we’re in the area. The crust is perfect and the flavors are authentic. The garlic knots were delicious too! Although it was our first time there, we were made to feel like all of the regulars we encountered. Highly recommend giving this place your business!

It’s really great to find actual New York style pizza in the hills of North Carolina. I recommend adding extra sauce. The only small thing I question is, normally the crust is a bit thicker at the edge then tapper to thin towards the center. It’s not at all a deal breaker just a personal preference. Definitely my new go to pizza spot in Murphy.

I haven’t had Pizza in a long time. A little old italian style pizzas, i’m from out of state and it was excellent, fulfilling, and the service was very friendly.
