Served with dark Ilocano vinegar. These empanadas have gone viral in the US for a reason and we’re proud to be the first restaurant in Georgia to offer them.

Looking for a place to enjoy Filipino food?
This is the place, located on the south side of Atlanta. It’s less than a mile off the I-75 MT Zion Boulevard exit.
The service was great, thank you Michelle.
They have everyday specials and that evening we enjoyed a couple of the specials, papaitan, you can order it regular – spicy, or not spicy. For appetizer, we the pork belly skin and isaw- wow! The isaw was properly prepared and seasoned and the pork belly skin was perfectly crunchy. We also had lechon kawali and grilled squid. Highly recommend the grilled squid, it was succulent and cooked perfectly. The rice servings were generous – the Filipino way. For dessert, we ordered Halo-halo to go since we were quite satisfied at the end of the meal.
Thank you, Edna, the chef, for cooking the dinuguan for my mom. My mom wanted dinuguan when we came in, but it wasn’t the special of the day, yet when she heard about this, she made some so we could order to go.
Plan to return for more.;0)

If you are in the ATL and are in search of some delicious authentic Filipino food this one is for you. It reminds me of my beloved Filipina mom’s cooking. My daughter ordered the Pancit and Lumpia (pork) and I ordered the Lechon Kawali with rice. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was small, clean, casual, and cozy. Our server Michelle was very friendly and attentive. Overall we are very satisfied and next time we visit the ATL we will be back.

Amazing food and service. It feels like going to your tita’s house for a meal. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Guests talk to each other across the room like family. We’ve been here twice, and we’re pleased both times. Everything we tried tastes like it was made with love. Must try!

We were lucky to be the first customers of the day, and what an experience it was! We had the pleasure of being warmly welcomed and served by “Mommy the Cook,” one of the kind-hearted owners of this humble yet amazing Filipino restaurant. Although we didn’t catch her name, her presence and hospitality left a lasting impression. She runs the business alongside her husband, and together they truly embody the spirit of great customer service.

The food? Absolutely delicious! We ordered their famous Sisig and Lechon Kawali—both dishes were bursting with authentic Filipino flavors that made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find food that brings comfort and excitement in one bite, but this place delivered on all fronts. And to make it even better, it’s conveniently located close to our layover hotel near the airport—perfect for any hungry crew looking for a taste of home.

Thank you so much for the warmth, service, and incredible meal. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Atlanta. Godspeed to you and your business—mabuhay!

⭐️ Tip: When trying a new ethnic food that you’re not familiar with, it’s best to ask for the recommendation of their best dishes.
The Best Halo-Halo dessert in town, it’s pretty big for only $9 and just perfect for the summer.
If you’re looking for authentic comfort Filipino Food, you need to try this secret spot.
The Chicken Adobo, Pork BBQ, and Lumpia (Spring rolls) was incredible, so flavorful, fresh and unforgettable. I regret not trying out more dishes. Need to come back!

Salo-Salo Filipino Cuisine serves up mouthwatering, authentic Filipino dishes that instantly transport you to the islands. Their chicken adobo is tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, while the pork BBQ is smoky, juicy, and packed with bold, savory goodness. Each bite tastes like home-cooked love, and it’s impossible not to crave more.

And if you have a sweet tooth, don’t skip the halo-halo—it’s hands down the best around. Creamy, refreshing, and layered with all the right textures, it’s the perfect finish to an unforgettable meal. One visit won’t be enough—you’ll definitely want to come back to explore the rest of the menu.

Just had dinner here with my family. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. The service was prompt and attentive. Our entrees came out quickly. We’ve tried other filipino dishes and this one (by far) was definitely the most authentic. It was almost like my mama was back there making the food herself.

Just tried this place today and everything was so good! Now under new management with Manny! Met his adorable parents, Elmer and Lolita who were so warm and friendly. He’s just getting started and so his menu is limited. But, my lumpia and pancit were so good!! Thank you for your service and I will definitely be a regular customer! ♥️

Quite disappointed with Salo Salo, supposedly under new management, but it was obvious early on that they may need help running a simple restaurant. Food selection was minimal, I think they should have considered the quality of their food before opening. We had been here before, the food was definitely a lot better. I definitely will not return. Drove all the way from Alpharetta and we were disappointed.
