Great spot for classic Connecticut-style pizza. We tried the tomato pie with pepperoni: perfectly thin crust, chunky tomato sauce, and just the right crisp. The potato rosemary pizza was a pleasant surprise and ended up being a favorite. The garlicky white base was incredibly flavorful and paired so well with the rosemary and potatoes. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Santos was my server at the bar and was incredible! He was extremely attentive and made sure I felt comfortable. The pizza was also delicious! If you’re not a thin crust fan, you may not enjoy but as someone who likes thin crust and the slightly burnt ends, it was great. Oh and if you come during the holiday season, I highly recommend the Cranberry Margarita! Super yummy!

I stopped in during my Christmas shopping. I sat at the bar and the bartender took my order quickly. I crushed a peroni and a shot of Jameson. The pizza was very tasty! The booze definitely helped the Christmas shopping! I really like the big TV wall.

I was excited to find a Sally’s Apizza here at the mall, but the quality was not the same as the New Haven location. Pizza was still good, but the beer wasn’t fresh even though it was on draft, and most importantly the service was not good. I don’t think anyone of the customers were happy, which I feel that the management should coach their employees again with the core values.

Im a hige pizza fan and I also love Sallys but this location is a JOKE! This pizza lost my respect and never again from this location. The pizza was so horrible that ot was inedible. There was no flavor and it was harder than a sheet of plywood. Save yourself the headache and if you want Sallys go to New Haven because this location is a joke. I give this pizza a rating of -10.

You have got to be kidding me right? The pizza was thicker than a Greek pizza. Not only that, but it certainly wasn’t a “large” pizza. This is not a Sally’s pizza. This is junk! Who is quality checking these pies or this location? Obviously they do not care at all. Straight garbage that I can assure you I will make everyone around well aware of.

I work at the mall and heard the good thing’s about this place. But unfortunately, when I got the Pizza, it was overcooked by a good amount. I walked maybe 2 minutes back to where I work and it was cold.

I would say for the pizza itself, price wise, I would go somewhere else.

See for yourself.

We finally had the opportunity to give Sally’s a try, and let me tell you, I’m sorry it took so long. This place is amazing!

We started out with the garlic bread, probably the best garlic bread we’ve ever had. We went with the Firebird pizza. They say it’s a bit spicy, and our server said the manager claimed it’s a 7 out of 10 on heat scale… take that with a grain of salt… people in New England don’t understand spice and heat levels. It was just right for my honey, I added pepper flakes and found it good. The crust was great.

The price was not bad, we paid $40 for the large pizza and garlic bread. You can hardly eat anywhere for two in this town for that. Overall, very pleased.. we will be back!

I posted this review approximately two months ago and Sally’s has chosen to delete it so I’m posting it again. Poor reviews should inspire you to do better not delete feedback because you don’t like it.
Horrible experience. Service and pizza was a huge disappointment. The server brings the bottle of water but no glasses until after the pizzas were delivered. Only 2 of us had water – finished the bottle and had to wait and ask for a second ( when pizzas we finished). No refill on a soda was given until after we were done eating. Then there is pizza. Please note one was a small the other a large. The large at $25 was small – when we questioned it we were told there were 12 slice. Please note the size of these 12 slices. Not worth the money and won’t come back! Head to New Haven if you want a Sally’s pie!

Let me start by saying the pizza was absolutely delicious—no complaints there. However, this review is more about the portion size than the taste. The “large” pizza we received was surprisingly small. Compared to other spots, like Sally’s in New Haven, their large seems noticeably bigger. Just something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a hefty portion.
