Let me start by saying I have always liked Domino’s Pizza and have ordered from them for years. Today I ordered a thin crust Spinach Alfredo pizza. It was way overcooked and dry. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. I called the store to let them know. I was very nice and told the manager that I was just giving them a courtesy call. He said he was sorry that I got a bad pizza and hung up the phone. I would think that they would have offered to make it right or at least given a SINCERE apology. This Domino’s will not receive another order from me. Do better please.

The pizzas are great if you order past 5pm. The morning manager makes pizzas that look horrible with barely any toppings. The nighttime girl is the best. Her pizzas looks amazing and she is nice and friendly.

Placed delivery order paid and reconfirm DELIVERY was told it would be about 45 min ok no problem thanks. Called 1 and 15 min later someone put carryout on my order said that they would gladly just charge me for a delivery fee and send my order out after it had been sitting there for 30 min. Um no thank please refund my 51$ order. They got mad because i want to be refunded i dont have a vehicle to pick up my order that is why i confirmed delivery. Hopefully my money will be refunded and next time the people working can do their job properly.

Bro what the heck? I keep having problems with this store and this is my last resort & last attempt. Just ordered carry out, done in 10 mins, I head up there with my wife for the door to be locked, 11:30PM. Dude on oven sees us and starts speaking to the other guy. We head back to our car after no door answer yet they are right in front of us. We call them. Wait on hold to be told by the manager that we need to be on hold again while absolutely nothing was on the screen to be made and nothing else but our pizzas saying ready on the carryout tracker. Doubt they even made my pizzas. Not cool. If you don’t wanna take orders past a certain time then work a different shift. I even had a tip which is crazy, why would I ever tip these guys again or come back lol. Thanks for nothing.

They’ve got my order wrong the last two times I’ve ordered there. I called up there but they never answer. I contacted corporate this time and a couple of weeks later they said oh we’ll reach out to your local store where you bought it. Crickets. Don’t bother with Domino’s go to a local pizzeria that will treat you like the person you are and your hard earned money has value. These evil corporate giants could care less

I called because I’ve had my orders cancelled before because of one reason or another, when I called I was put on the phone with someone who was in training (don’t worry sweetly you were amazing!) and was then put on the phone with someone who told me I needed to slow down, was rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak and I was told my second order would be cancelled. I was then put on the phone with Christy (I believe that was her name) she fixed everything and was super amazing. It’s just bad to hear, I can help this customer she doesn’t know what she needs (not from Christy!)

Absolute trash. Sent my gf to pick up an order I made online… The pizza looked like a blind person made it and they didn’t give her 6 of the sauces I paid for. The manager said I can come back and get a refund for just the pizza or come get the sauces. I said I’m not coming back up there, have your driver bring it here. He said nope he’s not going to do that. So he wants me to eat a cold pizza so I can come back and fix his screw up. Find somewhere else to go. Be calling corporate tomorrow, this manager is clueless.

I always pick up my food so I cannot say anything about the delivery service. Otherwise everyone is friendly and my orders are always right. The wait time is usually around 15 minutes so no big deal there. Great place and highly recommend.
