Incredible experience. Great location, vibe, service, staff, interior, drinks and food. We made reservations in advance good thing as around 6pm on a Monday it started to get a little lively. We started with two cocktails the new class same teacher? And the poor Helen. Both nice little riffs on classic cocktails. The same teacher was top notch. For starter we had the chicken Milanese which was outstanding. Then we split a fennel and sausage pie. I finished with a neat averna. I wish I had more room for dessert. Most importantly the entire evening was made effortlessly cool by the entire staff. From being greeted to being sat. The server especially the server was on top of everything and a real pleasure to chat up. All the food came out promptly and anytime we were low on something , someone was there to check in on us. Even tho it was getting quite busy everyone had cool composure and kept things moving pleasantly. We will be back in the spring can’t wait to come on an off hour and more hungry to spend more time here. Thanks to everyone working the Monday before new years we had a great night out.

I had a phenomenal meal here, the food was delicious, the service excellent & the atmosphere cozy and hip. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles, great conversation and the best white pizza & Caesar salad I have ever had. I wish this was my neighborhood gem, I’d eat here every week.

I had one of the best Caesar salads in my entire life. I got it with chicken and that chicken was so good, almost like a Milanese chicken. The creaminess of the Caesar dressing broke the fat of the fried chicken perfectly and the kale brought a nice flavor (for those who like kale) and chewiness. Honestly, I will go back there just for that salad. Some people were splitting it for 2 and then getting a pizza. I just had the salad, no pizza, and I was so full afterwards. What was absolutely delicious too was the house ricotta. I think they didn’t give enough focaccia to go with it though. It felt wasteful to have that much ricotta left, and keep in mind I was packing my focaccia, I was not spreading lightly. I gave 4/5 stars for the atmosphere because the lighting was a weird pink lighting, and I really hurt my eyes. I almost had a headache by the end of dinner.

This is a VERY nostalgic place for me, personally. This used to be Mama Palma’s which is where my daughter, her Dad and I had our last dinner together the night before she was born. 21+ years later, back in our neighborhood, I am so very impressed with the atmosphere, the staff, the wine and the food. Exceptional, responsive, kind staff. Very clean, perfect lighting and surprisingly thoughtful, delicious food. I chose the chicken Milanese rather than pizza, ans “orange” wine, a white blend. I had two, don’t judge. Relaxed, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Sally. Great outdoor space but tonight, I opted for air conditioning. Enjoy!

I have been doing Keto for the last 4 months, and decided to break it for some Pizza in Philly. I am so sad that I don’t live here and can get Sally anytime I want. The pizza I got tonight is quite possibly the best pizza I have ever had, and pizza is my favorite food.
I got the red base pie, added basil, garlic, pepperoni and buffalo mozzarella. I also got the hot honey on the side and trickled some over each slice as I ate the pie. I was in heaven eating this work of art, amazing.
Pickup was easy, as soon as you walk in the door there is a employee managing the orders and sitting people at tables if they are eating in. I let her know I was a little earlyfor the pickup and she assured me she would bring it right out to me as soon as it was ready. I waited outside as the weather was nice. A few minutes later the employee came out and handed me the pies with a smile, she must have known the treat I was in for when I got back to my place to eat.
Next time I come to Philly, I am coming to Sally’s and getting this order again, what a gem, great food, great people. Thank you so much for making my delicious dinner this evening.

Amazing pizza in Philly. Great cocktail, wine, and beer selection with good descriptions of the wines. Delicious Caesar salad and meatballs to start. We had three pizzas, the fennel sausage, the mushroom, and special Amatriciana. All pizzas were super flavorful, crispy, and unique. Really tasty dessert with the mango tajin sorbet as well. Our server was incredibly helpful and super fun. Highly recommend checking this place out for brunch or dinner.

We stopped at Sally after a long drive north to Philadelphia. I had heard about this place many times but never visited. It is delicious pizza and I’m glad we decided to stop!
We got there around 11:30 and the place was completely empty. There were good vibes inside though. I loved the wall of wine bottles and the vintage stereo system behind the brunch bar. Music was great too.
We spilt two pizzas and they were both delicious. One was pepperoni, the other had sausage and some greens. I don’t think you can go wrong with their menu. The non-pizza items looked good but we did not try them.
The service was lackluster considering we were the only people in the place. They mixed up one pizza and offered to remake, but that meant we were eating at completely different times

Delightful spot in Fitler with amazing service and food! Beautiful booths, love the space in general. The pepperoni pizza was a stunner with the spicy honey sauce, and the Caesar Salad was equally delicious! Highly recommend this place!

We had a nice time at Sallys. I think they could probably use one more server for sunday dinner service, however, everyone was super nice. the carbonara was very undercooked (and i like al dente) but the sauce was great. wine was awesome and server gave good recs. we got 6 pizzas, 2 salads and a pasta for 8 women. that was a good amount.

The service and atmosphere were great, but both pizzas we ordered were way overbaked. The dough was stiff and unpleasantly dense. It is beyond disappointing, how can a pizza-centric place do such a bad job baking the pies in a professional oven? There should be a manager in place who notices such things. Unbelievable
