We live in San Jose and when we come down we always have to stop by at Carmelita’s to buy some food. I highly recommend the Carmelita’s shrimp taco! They are the best I’ve ever tired, also I love the quesabirrias. My daughter only likes the quesabirria from this specific food truck. The service is amazing they take their time only cause everything is made in the spot and don’t reheat days left overs! It’s always well worth it. They also have handmade tortillas which is always amazing.
