The atmosphere was very basic. Our bartender with the dimples was really cool. She recommended the brisket tacos to my wife. She absolutely loved them! I had the pulled pork tacos which were . Where it lacked in atmosphere, the food and timely service was great. We would come here again!

I ordered the beef brisket sandwich and sweet potato fries. The brisket was nothing more than some tough dried out piece beef not brisket. The fries were not good either. They tasted like they had been sitting out and then put back in the freezer. So i sent it back and got the meatloaf sandwich. It was tasteless no seasoning, no onions or peppers or gravy/ ketchup. The greens were okay. I thought this was going to be a hidden gem but i was so wrong. My friend ordered the half of chicken and couldn’t eat it because it was so dry. The waiter was the best thing about the place other than that the atmosphere felt unwelcoming.

We walked in at 5.55pm and were seated immediately. We had a party of 4 and waiting for the other 2 and the waiter asked what we wanted to drink and brought drinks immediately. Then I realized the happy hour ended at 6pm so I quickly went to the bar as our waiter was one of the bartenders and said I forgot the happy hour can I get the shrimp special. Oh sorry it’s 6:03 what a joke! Nobody offered happy hour and you can’t give us the benefit of the doubt and honor the happy hour. Just amazing how customer service is anymore.

A good time ruined by a foul mouth patron or 2. No management to correct this man. After 45 minutes of foul language I finally said something. Is this job or should the management take care of the problem. I visit all the pit and pubs. Good food, fair pricing.

My husband and I went in the other night to watch the game and we were very happy with our experience. We were greeted by friendly staff and the service was quick. We tried the honey old bay wings and they were delicious! The perfect blend of sweet with a little spice. The brisket balls were also flavorful and had a pleasant kick from the jalapeño. Even the fries were perfectly crispy. After this trip, we will definitely be back!

Great lunch (and dinner) spot if you are looking for an awesome local restaurant! Have been to it numerous times and just tried the new Brisket Melt sandwich (including their delicious brisket and bacon) and definitely recommend it! Friendly staff and great for after golf, watching sports or getting a family meal!

I bartend part time in the area so when I go to a local bar that I’ve never been to before I tend to be a bit critical. These guys passed the test. Food was absolutely exceptional and the service, although lacking in the one bartender, was all around pretty good. The female bartender was great she was very attentive and didn’t act like she was entitled to something or like she was God’s greatest gift which we so often see in bartenders these days. I also have to mention one of the owners/bartenders. Talk about an awesome guy. Incredibly humble, personable, knowledgeable on every front, and altruistic individual who, at the end of our conversation, slides me a free gift card to the place. I wish I could remember his name. Keep it up guys!

Ordered the brisket sandwich, it looked like Chuck roast from a crock pot. The pulled pork sandwich looked like the prepacked stuff from Aldi’s. Very disappointed. Waitress was nice.

My sister and I were greeted right away, but then never seen again. There were two bartenders on and the bar wasn’t busy by any means. Around 10 guests including ourselves. The bartenders made time to rip some shots but never to see us more then 20 minutes later. Growing impatient and uninterested we decided to keep it moving. We just laid cash down for the beers. As we got up a bartender ran down to try to announce and call us out for walking out on the beers only to look down in front of her face and see $25 for two beers. There was time again to take shots and to try to call guests out, but never to check on us any further. The other bartender attempted to apologize profusely as we left. I’d say the damage was done for me. I won’t be back. I’ll stick to Ocean City. Still much love for Pit and Pub out that way!
