I don’t eat out often. But I wanted something different so I came for the original gyro…I made it a combo. The store was clean food was hot the service was good but the counter person wasn’t overly friendly….maybe it was just an off moment in the afternoon. That’s why I dropped a star. The food came out within 13 minutes or so that was reasonable for fresh food french frys were hot but a little too much salt seasoning for my liking but still cooked perfectly. Gyro was excellent as well as the taziki sauce. I would eat here again. Overall it was a good experience

I frequent Salem’s often because their menu and quality of food is excellent. It is a shame that their customer service does not match up. Because I frequent the restaurant, I am aware of their policy on providing sauces for their meals at no charge. For their seafood meals they provide one (1) sauce and if you want additional sauces there is a charge. When picking up my meals tonight which included two (2) seafood meals, I only received one (1) sauce. I therefore asked for the needed sauce for my second meal. The attendant IMMEDIATELY advised me there would be a charge for the sauce. I explained my order and that I was missing the second sauce. He again tells me about the fee. I then had to pull my food out of the bag to prove that I was missing the sauce. During this interaction he was argumentative and unhelpful. A manager then steps up and provides the missing sauce but yet AGAIN explains the fees for the additional sauce! Mind you, if I wanted or needed additional sauce I have no problem buying what I need. I mean really, I am going to argue over a twenty-five ($0.25) pack of sauce after I have just spent fifty ($50.00) dollars on my meals REALLY! This interaction ruined my dinner to the point I didn’t even want my dinner. SALEM’S if your cost for additional sauce policy is that important to you I think maybe I need to take my business elsewhere.

Love Salem eats! I love the food is made fresh. Customer service is amazing. The patio is nice with shade, umbrellas and cushioned seating. Store is always clean. Staff is friendly and food is amazing. There’s something for every one on the menu. Even for the picky eaters! A special shout out to Eric Vigo for going above and beyond for me with that calamari order!

Didn’t go inside but the food was fresh and good! I ordered the fried basa fish sandwich, fries, and fried shrimp. I ordered the fish sandwich and only had lettuce, tomato and provolone cheese no sauces. I could have eaten the sandwich with fish and bread only (that tasty). The fish and shrimp was fried perfectly! I also ordered a gyro and ate it later, was still good. I definitely recommend 10/10 for fast food!

Great everything! I highly recommend this place! Come here especially after work, but daytime also. They are open til 4am.
The only thing we havent had are the scallops, gizzards, and the calamari. Next on the list. You can’t go wrong. GEO, the manager, great talking with him. Staff is friendly and can help make decisions on food choices.

First time at the new location tonight and I am impressed! I got the fried shrimp meal w/ cheese fries and a lg cherry pepsi, everything was hot, fresh and well seasoned. I went through the new drive thru at 2am on a Sunday and night everyone working was friendly and the area was clean and well lit, it was honestly such a different experience than the one I was accustomed to at the old location. If I HAD to complain about anything it would be the $2.99 upcharge for cheese fries, seems a little steep for cheese sauce.
Overall fresh food hold the riff raff! I will definitely be returning!

The weather was nice, and I wanted to eat somewhere outside. As I was driving by, I saw Salem’s and decided to try them out. I’m glad I did.
The staff was very nice. Amberly assisted me and was very helpful. She answered all my questions.
I couldn’t decide if I wanted wings or fish. I decided on the basa. I did two pieces (one friend and one grilled). I ate the grilled for lunch. It was delicious. It was very light tasting and seasoned well. I’ll have the fried for dinner.
I’m picky about my okra. They cooked it perfectly and seasoned it well too.
I’m a Mississippi Southern girl. We love our sweet tea with lemons. They had both. The sweet tea was good too.
The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because of the price. It’s advertised as 2 pieces for $12.99, but it’s not. I asked her to ring it up a different way according to the menu sheet. I don’t mind paying extra for the okra, but you shouldn’t advertise two piece fish for $12.99 when it’s almost $19.99 instead for two pieces of fish.
Other than the price difference, everything was great. I do recommend and will be back.
