Friendly atmosphere! Food was okay but we had a great time watching live music, playing pinball and a round of pool!

Had so much fun here. Goin in…great nachos…chicken wings and other snacks. Met some great people, Security guy is a pro…good times. Safe and sound because of the xcellent security, of all people… TIP THE BOUNCER cuz hes awesome and in general.. they keep you safe. All in all Jax is the spot in Killington to have fun Ive seen reviews complaining that security was hesitant to let people in, but that speaks to thier integrity. Why let wasted, problematic people impose upon everyone elses fun?

I had the lettuce tacos and it was good. The service was quick. There was a lot of people and noises which was fine since it’s a bar. Overall, good experience. Just a little pricey for what we had I think.

Good for a bar seen to watch the game at. Odd that a live band would be booked on the same night as an NFL playoff game but I understand schedules are booked ahead and dates move. Good food, cold beer and friendly service considering how crowded it was. Food stops at 9

Food and drinks were fine in that bar, even doh my cocktail was pretty week for the price . Worst part is service – first security guy didn’t want to let us in questioning my friends ID (my friend is 32 btw and looks exactly as his ID photo) but it’s not a big deal. After we got seated our waitress approached about 5 minutes later and never offered a menu. After I mentioned that we don’t have a menu she silently took it from Neighbours table and gave it to us with rude attitude. Whatever reason for that behavior is – it is not my issue to deal….

Great place for less expensive eats after a day riding bikes at Killington bike park. Maybe the cheapest place to eat! Wings were $.50 each before 6 pm.

While the staff was nice and the food mostly tasted pretty good, they seemed severely understaffed and the servers were having trouble keeping up. They told multiple customers that they were struggling, and it took a very long time for the staff to come back to my table. They were doing their best, but there weren’t enough servers to take care of the crowd.

Wow, if I had been allowed to walk in maybe I could give it a few more stars. I came to Jacks on a Sunday before six only to be turned away from the door because they were “at capacity” I rather think it was because they didn’t want kids there since there bar was already full. As we walked out they let two gentlemen in even though no one left. Myself and the other adult in the group walked back to verify what the capacity was and how we were rejected only to be told that they were still at capacity and that the people that came in “had only been inside” even though they were clearly new patrons. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told there was not one available. Insisted in speaking to the Manager of Duty, only to be told by the door man that they couldn’t speak to me. The staff was unkind and unfriendly. Clearly we were not welcome because of our children. We were told that they could be at the bar, which is not true, nor would we have been. The staff member that finally spoke with me told me that we had many other options on the mountain that would be happy to serve us and that we could leave that they didn’t want to serve us any way. When I asked again to speak to the manager and that I would wait she came out from behind the bar and tried to physically escort me out of the bar for asking to understand why we were not welcome.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and spent a lot of time talking to us about the area and giving suggestions. The food was good…my 14 month old in particular loved her quesadilla and fries! We went during a weird season for Vermont (late October) so there wasn’t a ton going on while we were there, but it seemed like it would be a really fun and lively place during ski season.
