The ingredients are the cheapest most toxin-filled, rubbery, awful quality I’ve seen in an eatery in a very long time.
The fruit tasted like it had gone off, the cheeses were either rubbery or covered in that fake cheese powder gunk, very off-putting. The chicken was like it was microwaves in water days ago at a gas station. The quinoa was soggy and had a strange hospitaly mass produced taste.
Nothing of quality or flavor here in all 3 of our meals.
Very disappointing we waited days to come here because they always closed so early we could never get there after a busy day during working hours.
The dressing had yellow & blue food dye coloring that made it glow like a neon mint. It was not what a Green Goddess should look, smell, or taste like. If you’re near a “Chopt” location they do every aspect of these salads better with far superior ingredients that actually make you feel properly nourished and not filled with garbage.
The staff was the only redeeming quality. Helpful & full of personality, but the ingredients were awful in taste & quality. Felt nauseated and uncomfortable after. 0/10 would recommend.
Oh!
..and the chicken noodle soup is very like-home tasting, comforting.
I ordered my food and was asked to pay prior to them starting my order. However, no one else was asked to pay prior to their food being prepared. It was approx. 1 hour to closing and all chairs were stacked on tables and there was no where to sit. We asked for the chairs to be taken down b/c my sister was in a wheelchair and not feeling well.
After paying in full for my meal, the male server realized that there was only enough soup for 1 portion, not the 2 I paid for. He offered other soups but I didn’t eat any of the others, so I requested a refund on 1 soup. His response was that he couldn’t refund my money b/c I had already paid. I responded that you didn’t have what I ordered and I want a refund. He then replied that he didn’t know how and I responded that he call someone who knew how to process refunds. His attitude was terrible and unnecessary!!! He was rude and just walked away without processing my refund. By now, I’m livid!!! Fortunately, his female coworker suggested giving me the refund from her tip money. She went to the back and came back with the refund. I felt bad b/c I didn’t want to take the money she earned from tips. But I didn’t want my money back on an item that was not available.
Almost everyone who visits the Mayo Clinic location is ill and dealing with a lot! So to come to SaladWorks and be treated like this in inexcusable and unprofessional. Service like this makes your business look bad, generates bad reviews and cause others to not want to visit your establishment.

I’m a kidney stone diet and can’t eat certain greens. The lady asked if I wanted everything and I assumed that met based on the description.
When I told her I couldn’t have some of the greens she blamed me. I should have asked what everything actually was but she didn’t need to be rude.
I walked out I was so embarrassed with the way she talked to me
