I tried this healthy food spot inside the rec center for the first time and was really impressed. The atmosphere is great. You can sit inside or outside and watch the tennis courts, which makes it very relaxing.
The food was top-notch. Fresh, hot, flavorful, and honestly tasted even better than it looked. You can tell quality matters here.
Service was fast and the staff was super friendly. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to my fellow Palm Coast residents. I’m adding photos because the food deserves it.

Update after a year!
This place is amazing. I just ate a new menu item the turkey bacon and brie sandwich. Oh! So good I had to edit my review just to rave. Thanks for having such an awesome menu! <3

I don’t have enough kind words for this place. The people that run this really love cooking to help people feel better and make healthy decisions. I feel their care in the wonderful flavor and seasonings they put in their meals.
The restraunt has great smash burgers, and street tacos. If I HAD to nitpick something I’d say they should expand the smoothie ingredients selection to provide a wider and more custom selection, but they are still great smoothies.
My wife and I went on the meal plan for 8 dinners a week and the menu is better then hello fresh by a landslide. Everything is very filling and I love the food options they provide each week.
I was sitting here eating what I thought was gonna be a “boring, not as good as a restraunt, chicken enchilada bowl” and I was so impressed with how good it was I had to write this review!
Thank you guys so much for moving to the new location! My wife, my kids, and my tummy all agree. <3

First time customer that will be returning! My son said his smash burger was delicious! I loved the Pineapple Power Tea and the Acai bowl. The owner answered questions and I watched her kindness with everyone while we ate. They even have take home meals! Thanks!

So happy to have a cafe nearby with delicious food! They have great gluten free and dairy free options. I’ve had the tacos, which I loved, and a few of their pre-prepared meals which were all delicious. The homemade Nutter butters are amazing, and also happen to be gluten-free and vegan. I really like their juices, and they have fresh coffee too. Would highly recommend checking them out!

Had the green smoothie and slurped til the last drop it was SO DELICIOUS!! Nothing like knowing you are putting healthy nutrients in your body while not sacrificing flavor and taste! Breakfast bowl my friend had was huge and smelled delicious. Kids now requesting their smash burgers. Definitely a local gem!

AMAZING!!! so fresh and tasty.. I am so glad I decided to eat here instead of getting fast food. Support this clean eats kitchen if you like delicious food – and great conversation with the nicest owner ever. I got the dragon fruit bowl with cacao nibs and honey and also the teriyaki chicken meal prep (both were awesome)

First note: It is inside the Parks and Recreation facility. The picture on their Google page is a photo of an old location. Google please let them replace or remove that photo. It is not helpful.
Absolute gem for gluten free food options which are hard to come by in this area. The smoothie I had was delicious and the menu has lots more to explore.
