I was not feeling well so I decided to get salad works. I walked in no one was there, I waited until someone finally came out to wait on me. I just waned toppings not knowing they didn’t have tuns fish or egg salad. So, I picked a few toppings She gave me a spoon full of each! The bacon was burned beyond and the mushrooms were charred! I also had a small soup. The bill was $31.00! If I felt better I would have gone and went some place else!! Never ever again! Its the fact I felt ripped off. I use to love this place a few years ago.

When I walked in, there was one person in front of me and three people behind the counter. I had to literally call at the girl who was right in front of me to help me. Her name is Elisa.
I was Charged $12 + $3 so $15!!! for a chicken wrap because I misunderstood Elisa. I asked for bbq crispy chicken wrap and she started to put in the ingredients. Then I said no, I would like to build my own. She put it together and then I find there is no chicken, so I went back. She was shocked that I wanted chicken but why would I even mention the chicken unless that was what I wanted! Just to note she did recall me mentioning the chicken but refused to agree that it was clearly what I was asking for in the wrap.
The whole time she laughed at me, made me wait while two other people paid for their meals even though I had already waited plenty of time for my sandwich originally. She only tried to apologize after I made it a point to get her name so that I could write this review .
The sandwich she “re-made” was not re-made and the chicken was not placed inside the wrap but in the middle. See image of no chicken inside once I took like two bites.
Was honestly not going to post but to see that she made me wait, charged me extra $3 and did not even wrap the chicken into the sandwich is just terrible service.
Just avoid.

Just went in to order a salad and asked the server to make me 2 of the same salads and she proceeded to respond with an attitude because I asked her to make me an additional salad. Mind you I was the only patron in the store. We never be returning to this Salad works and will be sure to share my experience with friends and family.

My favorite salad place. I recognize it’s not the highest in quality, but it’s a salad and you pay at most around 10$ per salad. Also they go above and beyond for their customers. You aren’t charged extra for switching out a topping for avocado. The meat isn’t an extra price on top of the salad. There is a wide variety of dressings including green goddess which is rare to find at salad shops. And if you aren’t satisfied enough go check out their Instagram they are constantly giving out free prizes and coupons. Saladworks if you are seeing this please keep this up and maybe add some new locations across PA while you’re at it! Save your money and go to saladworks.

I’m beyond disgusted… I found a dead cricket in my salad and almost ate that… will not be coming to this location again and I’m contacting corporate Salaworks because that’s just straight foul.

Got 2 create your own salads, 1. Pasta is very undercooked 2. Portions were terribly small, had maybe about 5 pieces of chicken. 3. Corn was hard and has no taste. 4 everything was cut in huge chunks. 5. Barely any dressing and had to mix it myself after I left. Nice staff but food wasn’t up to par. For what we paid it was not worth the money at all.

$25 for A small soup drink, and a wrap. Should be Illegal. Soup tasted like it had been sitting for days couldn’t even eat it. First and last time ever going.

For almost $14 the portions were SMALL!! Ordered the Create Your Own & you’re able to select 5 toppings. I never got the eggs as ordered, received 7 pieces of small provolone cheese SMH. I called the store & the Shift Lead could care less! Told me those are the proportion sizes and basically Oh Well! I won’t be supporting this business anymore!

Edit. They did offer rla reasonable solution. I don’t feel it makes up for the missed time, but it was the best solution that could have been offered.
I want to say that saladworks in general is decent food. I enjoy it. I ordered around 150. Got there around 215. Proceeded to wait til 300 to get my food. They had 1 person working there. Put more than 1 person in your restaurant. Horrible service. after wating over 45 minutes i get home and THEY MESSED UP THE ORDER. Horrible.
