I stopped by after grabbing coffee from Starbucks since it was right next door. I hadn’t heard of this place before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the name gave me a clue—it’s kind of like Subway but for salads instead of sandwiches! I ordered a custom salad, and I was impressed with the variety of fresh ingredients and the number of options available. The staff was also super friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great spot for a healthy, quick meal!

Decided to get a salad for my Friday afternoon lunch and I stopped at salad Works. So the store looks great. I was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in employees were just fantastic. so I took a look at things. One of the things I like is that the menu board lists the salads and the calorie count, so I ordered turkey club the way that they make it with chipotle dressing on the side. I was there at 11’ish so it wasn’t busy at all. I was in and out incredibly fast. The store looked well kept and cleaned, just looked kind of dark for some reason. Which is maybe the way the windows are in the building. However, that that would be the only downside that I would say the food food is outstanding. The team there is outstanding and I’m at home having a nice lunch as I dictate this into a review

We visited for a light supper. Well lit and inviting restaurant. Staff that greeted us were friendly and quite helpful. For some reason I found the menu board could have been clearer.
I ordered a grilled caesar salad, my wife got a half grilled turkey panini and bowl of baked potato soup. The service was quick and the food was prepared right there in front of us.
It is a self-service restaurant, not table service.
My salad was very good. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and broken into proper bite sized pieces. Chicken was just cubes – couldn’t tell if it had been grilled, but it was fresh, as we’re the rest of the ingredients. Only problem I had with the salad was the bowl. The shallow sides made it quite hard to mix the salad without spilling. And it kept sliding around.
The sandwich, my wife says, was very good. The soup, on the other hand, was average at best.
The atmosphere, if you would call it that, was typical fast food. (Not that you go to Salad works for the atmosphere). The music was quite loud, making a conversation more challenging.
Prices, I felt, were on the high side for what you get. If I had gotten the same food at a sit down restaurant on real plates and flatware, the price would be ok. But for sell service and plastic plates and forks, it strikes me as a bit high.
But, important thing I guess, my salad was very good.

Entirely too overpriced. $2 for an extra topping, $2 for a tiny salad dressing cup, up charge for this and that. Not a good value at all. Might be fresh ingredients but I don’t think it’s worth the price

Came to this location about 6:05 pm I seen 3 workers behind the counter, as I walked up to the order here window all the worker ran to the back and stayed there and never came out didn’t even acknowledge me. Why? Idk as you can see it’s empty. 6:13pm

I was here about a month ago and had to stop in again! I travel for work and rarely get to stop, sit down, and enjoy a fresh meal. This Lititz Saladworks is by far the best location I have ever set foot in. Such a great experience! The GM actually helped me out tonight. She was extremely polite, bubbly, professional, and insightful. Even witnessed a customer that became irate over a soup that was discontinued I believe. Least to say, she handled it very well.In the end, that customer walked out happy and satisfied! Besides the GM, the younger employees probably no older than high school age, followed her lead and was professional as well and high spirited. Shows how good the leadership is here. Other than the customer services being a 10/10… the restaurant was spotless and all the food was freshly stocked. I got to say this location is an overall positive atmosphere, and would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be back! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars, because they deserve it!
