I don’t know what happened to saladworks. Not only did they change to those small bowls now that you have to put in a larger bowl just to eat it without the toppings fall all over the place. They change the salad dressings the rolls and some of the topping items. The rolls I received were stale as could be. Literally shattered when I tried to cut it. Cesar dressing was completely different and not in a good way. Crispy chicken also changed too. Seems like they are cutting back on cost. Quality control needs to be addressed

They need to change the gloves they have on ,not do your salads and then wait on you and then the next customers .. without changing there gloves touching dirty money then your food .. also lettuce needs to be fresher in the romaine container don’t give customers the bottom of the pit I pay good money for my salads between 15-18 dollars ..
the rolls are hard as rocks must be a day old bread ..
I use to love this place but lately it has gotten worst !

I don’t know if I’m just unlucky today to have met the folks I met in there or they changed owners. They were looking scruffy and dirty.
They need to learn cleanliness. The previous attendants were better. Also got reduced quantity.

Today was our first day eating there and my wife and I absolutely love it friendly staff nice and clean and the salads are awesome. We will be returning but for now we agreed to go every Saturday. But we will bring family and friends and make this one of our stops to eat it keep up the great work.

This has to be the WORST Saladworks there is. It’s dirty, the ingredients are not fresh and wilted, and they drown the salad in dressing so that you can’t tell that the ingredients aren’t fresh. I tried it a few times thinking maybe it was just a one off thing and it’s been consistent. The owner obviously doesn’t care about the customers if this is the quality they are ok with. I have also witnessed who I assume is the owner berating the teenagers working there in a disrespectful manner.. He seemed unhinged at best. Other reviewers have mentioned this as well. I can’t support someone who treats their employees so poorly.. GO TO ANOTHER SALADWORKS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO PAY FOR A SALAD YOU WILL END UP THROWING IN THE TRASH!!!

3 stars today. This location should have some form of protection for the employees. A customer ahead of me today did not have his mask on properly, and there are no spit shields up to protect the employees from people like that.
