Both locations of Salad Or Bust have fresh produce, dressings are made on site, and they have a variety of salads to choose from. Depending on location there are a lot of other options to choose from as well. I have been going since they opened 4 years ago and love the fresh food options they have available!

We’ve eaten here twice while at Lost Friend. Both times the service was excellent! In addition to salads, they also offer hoagies, starters like hummus, and sometimes chili! We’ve gotten the chili before and it was rich and filling. More recently I got the Teacher’s Pet hoagie, and my husband got the Lunch Box hoagie. Both are pictured! They were fresh and so good!

Stopped in while charging up the car. Right next to the charging station was the fine dining . Holy cow this chicken Bacon ranch wrap is legit! All kinds of flavor. Highly recommend! Will be back for sure when we’re in Colorado Springs.

Absolutely asinine cost for the portion sizes! We paid $80 for 2 salads and 2 acai bowls. For what we paid I expected about triple the portions. Sprouts has the same Mediterranean salad for $8. We will not be back here again. I now see other reviews commenting on poor portion sizes as well and the owner’s responses on the cost to keep fresh produce. Is it organic? Does it have gold flakes on it? No? I can’t comprehend this being an $80 meal.

I wish I was more eloquent on this review but the facts are the facts. The salad was overpriced for something that was not original, not enough food, and not very inspiring. They have you order through QR code and then have a minimum tip amount of 15%. No smile, no greeting, no thank you.

Best salad in colorado springs !. Such fresh ingredients. I got a veggie salad with a plate of hummus, both were amazing!. I loved the pickled asparagus on the salad and everything tasted like it was freshly hand picked from a garden and made for me. Definitely will be going back to try everything on the menu

They serve more than just salads. The Chicken Wrap and Side Salad were quickly prepared. All ingredients look and tasted fresh. I do not remember the name of the young man who prepared our food. He was patient, polite and answered all our question. We had never been there before and he helped make it a delightful experience.
