Had two salads and the CHX wrap twice! Very happy! Good portion of ingredients and fresh. Would have liked one more shrimp website had some issues so I had to download app. But customer service responded quickly.

What an excellent place! Ducked in for a quick bite and found a super friendly & helpful staff; clean & tidy dining area; and seriously the best salad I’ve ever had – no lie!!
I had the Open Sesame & hubby had the Eat Cobb and all the ingredients in both salads were super fresh. I’ve been to other salad-only places that served wilted lettuce & subpar ingredients. Here it was generous (and did I mention fresh!) portions of all salad components, tasty dressing, and perfectly seasoned chicken. Great staff, great salads, great place!

Tried this place out for the first time. I got a chicken wrap with honey mustard, that had to be the worst honey mustard ive ever had in my life it wasnt even sweet it was like creamy or something. Took 2 bites of the wrap and put it back in the bag and threw it away. Low quality chicken too.

This is my favorite spot for salads and wraps! Everything is super fresh, flavorful, and made to order. I love that they offer gluten-free options, and their salads are always crisp and delicious. Definitely my go-to for a healthy and tasty meal!

I order from The Salad House quite often through Doordash. I really enjoyed their cauliflower bites, for both the flavor and the portions that they give you. Very recently I’ve noticed that they cut down the amount that they give by more than half but they still remain the same price as before. Unfortunately if they’re going to sell much smaller portions for the same price I don’t find this place worth it and would rather give my business to someone else.

OK salads but they don’t give you enough dressing and when you ask for more they charge you $1 for dressing. Seriously?? How about just providing enough dressing? Consumers don’t like getting ripped off like this. McDonalds doesn’t charge for ketchup. Chick-fil-A doesn’t charge for sauce. I don’t think I’ll be going back here. Also…they’re not very nice here.

I have ordered from this place frequently, through Door Dash and in person. I have generally enjoyed their food, but today I went to the store and the cashier who happens to be the owner took my order. I ordered the Harvest Grain Bowl and the Buffalo Poppers. the woman proceeds to give me Buffalo Cauliflower instead and when I went to correct them, they ensue in a back and forth with me about what I ordered. the desperation for this woman to be right was so apparent, the line cook came out from the kitchen area to side with me, as they knew what my order actually was and overheard this woman arguing with me for no reason. the woman proceeds to give me my correct order while throwing in the Buffalo Cauliflower still, rudely citing “well, I guess the mystery of what you really ordered will never be solved, so you can have these for free.” I come home, nearly finish my bowl, and notice a hair at the bottom of my meal. the woman was so fixated on being right, they were too busy to pay attention to hygiene in their food spot.

I’ve been coming here since it opened, it’s a go to often. I like how they make subtle changes each season. I’ve recently removed chicken from my diet, so having the shrimp option is a plus. And the shrimp BTW is amazing!

Terrible! Poor customer service front ladies (Cynthia and other) were miserable and the cook doesn’t even know how to make a simple salad. wait don’t we come here to get a bowl of salad as a main dish? Paid almost $15 for this small size salad. Felt ripped off.. however the cauliflower bites were tasty. The one in Newark was so much better. Please hire people who are pleasant and competent.
