Staff is patient and knowledgeable. I always get the frozen strawberry lemonade and every time they check and make sure it’s ready to serve before doing so. This place is peak for fast food. It’s cheap and healthy enough to eat every day.

I accidentally ordered a second burrito and the lady was nice enough to refund me one so I can enjoy my single buffalo chicken burrito. I’m eating my burrito on the go and realize that there’s no chicken until I get to the bottom.. and the chicken and sauce were just chillin there and I could barely finish it.. overall a good taste but very dissatisfied with the coordination of my burrito.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered two salads , one of which came with a dead fly in it. Tried to call the store, the line says for complaints to fill out a feedback form online, which I did. They said someone would reach me immediately and no one did. I sure would like a refund, completely grossed out.

I’m new to salad and go and have been trying out different locations. This location makes a great wrap that doesn’t have clusters or pockets of one ingredient. One thing I noticed is the drinks have a funny aftertaste, maybe water used?

I love salad and go but this morning I was really disappointed. I asked for extra onion and extra tomato. I was charged $.60 and there was no extra onions at all and only two … ONLY two cherry tomatoes. I won’t be returning to this particular salad and go. Ellsworth location in San tan, Disappointed after I had there Cobb Salad chicken had chewy skin pieces in it and the Blue cheese dressing was AWEFULL Very runny and unusually Sour no blue cheese bits, Ranch dressing was no good either tasted off and found A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN SALAD…These stores were my go too after Sweet tomatoes shut down from pandemic .AND.they NO LONGER OFFER STEAK either., very sad they stopped offering IT. I would pay $3-4 extra for it.. Too bad lost me… 3 bad experience this year similar issues. CHEAP IS NOT GOOD
