My family and I came to Sala Thai on a rainy evening, however the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant made us feel welcomed and warm. We had a reservation so it was easy for us to get seated at our table, but walk-ins would be fine if it is not packed. The workers are extremely friendly and kind and the service is fast with getting us our food.
We ended up ordered tom yum, chicken fried rice, green curry, and shrimp salad. The food was definitely up to my expectations, but it was nothing out of this world.
For desert, my sister and I ended up ordering the mango sticky rice, which comes with one half of a sliced mango, white rice with coconut custard on top, and some whipped cream on the side. I enjoyed this as I have a sweet tooth but I did wish the mango was more sweet and juicy, but that is not the restaurants fault.
Overall, I would recommend this place to individuals who enjoy trying new cuisines. Sala Thai has a variety of options to pick from whether its spicy, sweet, veg, or non-veg.

Monday lunch, 90s pop playlist in the background. Summer rolls were crisp and well complemented with the sauce. Main course sautéed eggplant with chicken was delicious. Staff is a bit shy but attentive on demand. A nice lunch experience overall. Tip is included with the meal.

The service was good. The food was even better. So flavorful and delicious. Went for Happy Hour and were the only ones for a short time. Got a window seat with a great view outside. I will return to try their Thai spicy.

I got the Sala Thai Siam. It was minced chicken and shrimp with basil leaves and peppers. I got it Thai hot and it was pretty spicy (which I loved). The service was quick and attentive, I would totally go back. Cutest spice rack I ever seen.

Group of friends enjoyed a tasty lunch. The spring rolls appetizer was served hot and crisp and filled with shredded veggies. The cellophane noodles salad with 2 large shrimp and plenty of minced chicken in a chili lime sauce included enough spice to make a tasty but not overheated dish. Others reported the papaya salad and the pork pad Thai were tasty down to the last bite.

The food was good and so were the drinks but I’d describe the overall experience as unremarkable. The pricing was a bit high but their portions are great. While the servers were somewhat attentive, it took a while for us to order. Another group was seated and ordered before they came back to us. It wasn’t that busy so it was a bit frustrating. Even while ordering our waitress tried walking away before we were done. It felt as if they were prioritizing the online orders, which was not ideal. I was happy to leave. If you want to eat here, order pickup or delivery.

Food is 7/10 had more of sweet flavor instead of spicy when we asked for spicy ️
We couldn’t finish the meal so we did take away the rest

Absolutely delicious and 10/10 all around. The customer service was excellent and upon arrival, we were greeted and seated immediately with a smile. The food was flavorful and had am amazing aroma. The menu had a wide variety of options from vegetarian options, protein options, noodle options, appetizers, entrees, drinks / beverages, and desserts. The servers were attentive and presented quick service. The restaurant was spacious and was very cleanly. I ordered the Kee Mao J ( one of the vegetarian options) and my friend ordered the Drunken Noodles with Chicken. Both entrees were full of flavor, spices, and the perfect vegetable to noodle to protein ratio. For dessert, we ordered the Sweet Sticky Rice with Coconut Cream and Mango. It was creamy and the perfect size for sharing. The mangos were so fresh. Everything was BEYOND exceptional and above my expectations. Hands down one of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. I will definitely be coming here again in the near future. I have attached pictures of the food below.

I’m glad someone else mentioned their uncomfort as a colored person. These people were kinda rude, and the service was not that great. I generally tip really good when I dine in–but they already went ahead and put a 18% gratuity on my bill. As if I would not tip or something. No prior notification. No sign. How is that even legal with crappy service? I’m talking, crappy service with only 4 tables of people in there. Maybe thats why the service is so bad: because its already built into the bill. So, yeah. Will not be back. Enjoy the extra $5 you got
