2 years ago while at Marina Del Rey, Lake Texoma, the wife and I had the fried gator on a stick from the food truck, it was so dang delicious, crispy outside and tender gator, the voodoo sauce was absolutely delicious. Very impressed.
We pass through Ardmore a lot but was unable to eat at the restaurant due to abnormal times. Finally while the in Ardmore for the week we was able too.
It’s off Main Street and has plenty of parking, it’s a small cozy atmosphere with Cajun decor and friendly staff and owners. My wife had the gator basket with fries and it was off the hook, damn good gator. I had the sausage and chicken gumbo with rice, that was flavorful, the gravy was absolutely on spot and very fulfilling.
Highly recommend eating here while in Ardmore or traveling through, promise, you won’t be disappointed.

It was pretty good, I’ve only ate here once, at lunch time during the week. I had the grilled fish basket. It was cod. But it was good. Hushpuppies best I’ve ate. I heard alot of good things about this place and what to try next time I go.

Great food! Neat atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff! The Boudin balls (appetizer) are fabulous! We ordered the crawfish etouffee and a combo platter (fried oyster, crawfish tails and shrimp). Everything was very very good! The food came out of the kitchen in a timely manner but it took long enough that it is obviously scratch made when ordered. Perfect portions of food, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be making this a regular meal destination!!

I didn’t like my etouffee catfish dish, i didn’t eat much. I told my concern to the server, and she didn’t seem to care. I told her I would box it up, and maybe my husband might like it. He did say that they do know how to make an etouffee.

Very yummy. We frequent New Orleans and 2 cajuns food easily goes toe to toe with Nola. Portions are very large as well. You won’t be disappointed with eating here.

Overpriced for old/salty crawfish. When we asked why the crawfish was like that their reply was it was the end of the season so the crawfish get tough. Ate at 2 more crawfish places since that day(friday) and those places were great. No tough/old/salty crawfish there. I will say the staff was very nice and welcoming but honesty is the best policy.

It’s so good!!! My favorite entree is the Shrimp on the Halfshell. Boudin balls are good, the magnolia mushroom app is delicious. I also really like the Crawfish enchiladas. Highly recommend this place!!!
