My friend and I went for some after work drinks. It wasn’t too busy around the time. However, loved how spacious the place was and beautifully designed. I’ve always sat at the bar but have yet to experience the dining room!
We were taken care of by DIEGO, and manager ZACH came by to visit. Their attentiveness was top tier. Both were charming in their own ways.
Diego made wonderful cocktails for us and definitely lifted our spirits after a rough shift.
Would love to be back again for lunch or dinner sometime as they have an impressive menu.
Going to tell my friends about this place! Can’t wait to be back!
The chicken tortilla soup was just okay, but the Caesar salad with blackened shrimp really stood out—fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. A nice touch was the warm bread served at the start, accompanied by traditional butter and a delicious cinnamon mango butter that added a fun twist.
The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with stylish decor that makes for a cozy yet upscale atmosphere. A great spot for a relaxed dinner or casual upscale lunch.
2 filets were ordered incorrectly as strip steaks by the server and when they arrived to the table we were encouraged to just take these steaks instead which we didn’t want to do. The 1 strip steak that was actually ordered for an entree (ordered med-rare) was rare and cold and had to be sent back.
Then the awkwardly long wait occurred sitting there without food waiting for the correct 3 steaks to be cooked! I wish we would’ve sat a timer while we sat there watching food for every other table coming out of the kitchen.
Eventually the 3 steaks were brought out and we were assured that the manager was taking care of the bill for the multiple mistakes. Both bills had extra alcoholic drinks on them that were not ordered by the table and the manager gave us an unacceptable 15% discount on the bill. When we spoke to the manager he said all he could do was offer a 25% discount.
I’ve never had such bad service that multiple mistakes were made and between the kitchen and the manager, they couldn’t recover and make it right!
Ronnie was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. The manager came by and made us feel so welcomed as well. The entire staff was warm and professional, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.
