I ordered 5 pounds of crawfish, 8 potatoes, 2 corn on the cob, and 4 sausages. My total ended up being $70.82, not in the least bit worth the price! Never in my life have a had a baby full of baby crawfish (literally babies), when I called and placed my order I wasn’t given a disclaimer about the size of the crawfish or anything. Upon making it home I discovered a bag full of baby crawfish, not only were they super small, I had alot of crawfish heads in my bag, as if that wasn’t enough ALL of the crawfish were OVERCOOKED! I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the female that answered the phone said ,”well that’s because of the snow storm!” I haven’t seen or heard of any other business selling overcooked baby sized crawfish to customers. I let the lady know that I still wanted to speak to the manager and she placed me on hold and hung up in my face. Unprofessional and rude. I immediately called back and the manager answered the phone, I told him that I ordered 5 pounds of crawfish and paid $70 only to get my bag and it be nothing but baby, overcooked crawfish in the bag. He was unapologetic and said that their was nothing he could do about the size, well how about warning people before they order? I asked what about my order being overcooked and mushy, he said ,” for me to bring the crawfish back and he’d do his best to not overcook the new ones but the size wouldn’t change.” The other items were fine but, who’s driving over 30 minutes for you to fix a order that should’ve been right in the first place? Just sad, save your money and go someplace else folks.

Start of with charbroiled oyster. You can get it 3 ways. Oyster is not 100% fresh but it is 150 mile from the coast. It doesn’t taste fishy so it pass. Chef did a good job grilling the oyster, good flavor with the garlic and parmesan. Prices are pretty good. $25 for 12 so about $2/ oyster.
Fried catfish and shrimp is excellent. Catfish is well seasoned and very crunchy. Good portion. Hush puppies are very crunchy on the outside too. The fish and hush puppies are still crunchy even you order to go.
The red bean and rice taste a little weird. First several bite is sour. I don’t know. Not ordering that again.
Service is great, they always check in on you. You sit yourself and someone immediately come up and bring you drinks.

How does a Cajun restaurant NIOT have crawfish druring crawfish season?
How could your bar be out of a popular beer?
And WHO puts cheddar cheese on chargrilled oysters?
Overcooked and no flavor.

It took almost an hour to get our food and there were empty tables.

Terrible dining experience.

We try to support local restaurants but this one is a Hard Pass!

I met a friend for lunch, and we ordered the fried pork chops. Our server was friendly and attentive, taking great care of us. Food was warm and tasty for a reasonable price. Will definitely return to explore other menu offerings.
2 thumbs up!

You don’t want to come here! The poboys are great, all the shrimp options are great especially the Bbq shrimp and Garlic shrimp! The oysters both raw, grilled or fried are great and especially don’t get the gumbo! It is the real deal made with homemade roux with crabmeat and shrimp with okra! The whole menu is good so don’t come here!

The owner came to our table and made sure we were taken care of. I’m so glad that I found a touch of New Orleans here in Ridgeland. The boiled ans fried seafood took me back home without having to go “home.” Our server Megan was also very attentive and made sure our first visit was comfy and a great experience. We’ll be back!

Split a King Seafood Platter w/ my wife and it was, for the most part, pretty tasty. Our server Leigh was friendly and, to be honest, the best part of the experience. While everything else was good, the hush puppies tasted freezer-burnt and the side of squash was kinda flavorless so we couldn’t give it 5 stars. Definitely worth making a return trip for the portion size alone!!

I paid $9.00 a pound for crawfish this evening, & it was almost inedible. Most of them were mushy & sour. I understand it’s early in the season, or maybe they were frozen, but to charge that amount & give that low of quality was so depressing.

This spot feels outdated. The fried seafood at our table was overcooked and far too hard. The raw oysters were small and sloppily shucked—three of them had to be thrown out. Even the cocktail sauce missed the mark, giving the oysters an off taste. Maybe this place was once good, but today it doesn’t live up to its old reputation
