I’ve been ordering from them for years . Tonight I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS order literally same thing every time. They delivered the wrong type of rice , the rice contained shrimp and lobster in it ( I’m allergic to seafood) I called and tried to resolve the issue. They told me next time to be more clear on what kind of rice I want even though I thought “fried rice without pork” was very clear . They first offered to bring me the correct meal . I agreed to that , they put me on a hold then got back on the line and said their boss didn’t agree to them delivering the correct meal. So I asked why offer it then decline it ? So I’m just screwed on my meal and my money. They were rude the entire time. I will never give them another dollar. Horrible customer service. I tipped very well and spent lots of money there. They don’t value their customers.

I have been a frequent customer here until tonight when I ordered a General Tso’s combination platter with plain fried rice – no pork. I received my order with shrimp and lobster fried rice instead. I’m allergic to both shrimp and lobster, so I now can’t eat any of the food in the container. Called and asked for them to resolve the issue. They admitted that they misunderstood and Was then told that they would bring me the correct order. They came back to the phone a minute later to tell me that the manager doesn’t approve of them dropping off the correct order OR giving a refund. Terrible customer service and definitely not going back here.

Best Chinese takeout/delivery in the city. Food is excellent and in generous portions. Kitchen staff and delivery driver are always really nice and pleasant to interact with. I won’t order from anywhere else.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I ordered food to get delivered by them and when I get my food, my teriyaki chicken tasted foul. It was cold and it tasted old and nasty. My pork fried rice was hard and old. I asked for a refund on the teriyaki chicken because it literally tasted so bad. I thought it was gonna get sick from it and the lady on the phone told me No, that they make the same food for everybody that everybody gets the same food. Very bad service do not eat from here

After years of ordering, they decide randomly that they just are not going to deliver to me anymore. Don’t waste your time with them. Rude service. I also tried to recieve a refund. I can’t eat this food. A woman from the restaurant said that she needed to come get the food out of the trash can to give me a refund. She said over and over again that she did not care. Asked me if I had “gone to school” because I didn’t understand what a refund was. She said that she wanted to send the police to my house so they could decide if I deserved a refund. I really regret giving them 10yrs of my business. I never once complained when they messed up an order. I wanted a refund this one time because what they had done to be was unfair. I just wish I had never ordered from them.
