We are a locally owned business. We offer two grades of sushi, regular and premium. The premium sushi is flown in fresh each week. We also specialize in two styles of sushi. Traditional, Japanese style and New Mexico style. We also offer a fusion of Korean dishes. We have one of the largest assortments of sake in New Mexico, both cold and warm, sweet and dry, sparkling and non-sparkling. Finally, we were voted Best Sushi Restaurant in Albuquerque in 2021, 2022, and 2023 by Albuquerque Journal’s Reader’s Choice. They also selected us as Best Carry Out restaurant in Albuquerque (out of over 2,000 restaurants!) in 2022 and 2023. In 2024 we were voted Best Asian Restaurant and Best All Restaurant. Thank you everyone for supporting us!!

– Miso soup: Everyone gets this!
– “Rainbow” sushi roll: crab salad and avocado inside.
– “Pink lady” sushi roll: immitation crab salad/mix (was sweet-ish, has a little gluten in it, btw), cucumber, avocado, green sprouts, wrapped in tuna (no rice or seaweed). It was very good!
– Edamame: your typical.
– Green tea with toasted brown rice: this is a specific green tea mix, which has the green tea leaves plus roasted brown rice pieces, steeped then strained – it was so good!! And after I asked for a refill, the waitress brought me a small pot of it to do my own refills 🙂 Very nice!
– Dessert tea: Everyone gets this! It’s very good! Ginger, cinnamon, sugar… just a small sampling of it, as a finisher.
– I really appreciated that their menu had photos for every item!
– Staff was easy to communicate with.
– They had gluten free soy sauce, and marked on their menu which items were gluten free, or spicey. Very helpful.
But the food is very good and we were all happy with our dinners. The service was great.
Thanks!
