Oh man, the food taste so bad!!!! And the portions are miserable I had to pay extra for everything. This is the regular portion of Chipotle . How can anyone come here when Chipotle exists! I ordered a steak bowl and the food tasted like soap

I’m leaving a review after a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Moe’s location.
While I was in line, I signed up for the Moe’s rewards program and immediately received a welcome email offering a free cup of queso. When I showed this to the cashier, another employee (who appeared to be a manager) stepped in and stated that the email could be fake and insisted I needed the app, effectively accusing me of lying in front of my girlfriend and other customers.
I calmly explained that I had just signed up and received the email, but the employee continued with an aggressive and dismissive attitude. When I asked for her name so I could report the incident, she gave one name, while other employees referred to her by a different name. When I asked for her last name, she refused and said, “You can call corporate, I don’t care,” in a very unprofessional tone. The exchange was loud and conducted in Spanish, drawing attention from nearby guests.
When I later returned to request a copy of my receipt, the same employee again raised her voice and continued the confrontation. This entire situation was over a $3–$4 queso reward, which I ultimately paid for anyway.
The situation made my girlfriend visibly uncomfortable, and she no longer felt comfortable eating, so we ended up leaving shortly after sitting down.
I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect at any restaurant. I hadn’t been to a Moe’s in over 10 years and decided to stop by after leaving International Mall, but based on this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning. Confusion over promotions can happen, but there’s no excuse for accusing a customer of lying or creating a hostile environment in front of other guests.

I had an incredible experience at Moe’s in Doral! The Mexican food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made with the perfect balance of spices. From the sizzling fajitas to the perfectly seasoned tacos, every bite was a treat. The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made it an all-around great dining experience. Highly recommend Moe’s for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine with top-notch service! Definitely a five-star spot!

This is the first time ever I can say I experienced perfection when eating somewhere. The staff is probably the most pleasant individuals I have ever interacted with when eating out. The food looks exactly and better than it does on the menu, which rarely happens. From staff to food, this has been the one to really top it. Very attentive and extremely clean place. Kudos to this team and leadership. Amazing.

While staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean, the food is not that good. It lacks a lot of flavor. The rice, beans, and meats are incredibly under seasoned. I also don’t like how they put your bowl together in compartments.
Overall I would not get this again based on the quality severely lacking.

My family and I will not be going back here. We have been loyal regulars for over 8 years and have dealt with the ups and downs with this restaurant but it’s gotten to the point we’re out of 5 times you go 4 are a bad experience if it’s not that what you want to eat is out of stock it’s the burrito falling apart from staff not draining properly the meats of veggies. But the straw that breaks the camels back is the fact that I was called by the manager and said thanks for your feedback and your loyalty to us and no apology for the terrible experience! WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING LOYAL TO A COMPANY THAT IS NOT LOYAL TO ITS CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT GET ONE MORE PENNY OR RECOMMENDATION FROM US.

First time eating Moe’s Southwest Grill. The food was amazing. Really impressed with the flavours, the portion size, the ingredients, the presentation and the price. We had a salad with white chicken and another salad with adobo chicken. Everything was fresh. The inside of the restaurant, where I picked up my order, was not so great. It smelled like frying oil, there were boxes cut open ready for the trash, and the bathrooms were dirty.
